I'm finally at the last episode via TH-cam.

I'm currently running this module for my group. They actually hit the teapot first and then the carousel. They spent 2 sessions in the carnival. I really enjoy your group's dynamic. You all look like you are having so much fun!

Watching the playthrough and listening to this How to Run, one way to make this chapter flow better could be bringing back "Ye Olde 'Adventurers Wanted' board." (Not necessarily an actual board, but maybe?) *The party arrives in the city - they realize they are in the correct region, but have no clue how to find their destination. They have two main needs: allies for information and money for expenses. Enter the help wanted board (which could also be any of the three NPCs from Bazzoxan). *Stick a gold value on any of the quests that don't already have one. *These are now mercenary quests rather than "gain favor with no other reward". The PCs get gold, the Faction has someone take care of "lesser" tasks. *While the PCs are doing these tasks, the Factions get to see what they're capable of, and can offer membership if they approve of the methods/results. That would take away the "why are you pursuing us so hard, but making us do fetch quests first" aspect, but doesn't throw them into being immediately accepted into a Faction. It sounds like after joining a Faction, the quests start aligning a bit more with fining Alyxian.

So I'm watching the episode. Sarcyra's name is mentioned & my phone's Siri responds "okay".
