I used to be with EXP and then I switched to a brokerage that did more business in my local market but I’m on the fence of going back to EXP. The reason I left was because they originally didn’t have a luxury division which they do now. I’m not sure that real has a luxury division right now and that is an incentive with EXP.

Keller Williams model is exactly the same way as EXP’s. In fact that’s how the whole thing got started. The guy used to work at Keller Williams and he basically took the same model but just made it online.

Thanks. I wish I had an agent like you. My real estate agent doesn't tell me what to expect at all at each phase of the process. I'm a first time home buyer. I wish she would share a blurb like this about what to expect in the process. I should have fired her long ago. I asked her to be more proactive and gave examples of what I need and told her i want lots of details. She hasn't been. Also I'm hours away from where we are moving and she hasn't once stopped into take photos or videos to send me. The builder has taken photos every couple of weeks. Any time something comes up like an email from the builder she doesnt go over anything with me to help. We are 6 weeks from closing and she hasn't told me what the closing process entails or contacted me on it. I asked her today about getting an outside inspector for the new home orientation meeting in 5 weeks and she said she didn't think that was done until everything is finished on the house.

So IG mistakes disabled accounts and we have to pay that much money to get it back? I am at loss. What the world has come to?
