My first visit to Mildenhall MX Track. Had a great day and will definitely go back! The track was very sketchy in the first session but got better throughout the day. Really tough to ride in, bike goes all over the shop and you kinda just have to accept it and relax! My bikes is a Honda CRF250RX.

My second visit to Washbrook Farm. First time was exactly a year ago. I feel like I've really improved and was having so much fun! I was semi sending it! Subscribe and follow my journey, I was over 20 stone ( 280 lbs ). I've lost 4 stone ( 56 lbs ) all due to riding my bike. Completed my first year of racing and trying to improve all the time!

First time at Wild Tracks with mate Alex. Learnt to jump for the first time and it felt good! Starting to feel more confident and thankfully didn't come off and do myself in! Think I'll do some more MX stuff as it was so much fun! Alex filmed me going round so I could see how I look.

Final Race of the TBEC season. Felt really good, fitness and skill level improving all the time! You can hear in this lap I'm absolutely knackered and having to stay focused!

A lap following a CRF250RX. Made me work hard to keep up!

So in this video I was riding the fastest I ever have. I came out of a corner with so much more momentum than I'm used to. I clicked up into a gear higher (5th Gear) opened the throttle fully and then fell to the back of the bike and lost control. My shoulder hurts! Hit The Dirt Enduro track in Swaffham.
