Kurnool dist people prefer to reside in Hyd, Kadapa, Anantapur prefer B'lore, Chittoor, Nellore prefer Tirupati/Nellore/Chennai. Srikakulam, Vijayanagaram, Visakha prefer Vizag city. Only Krishna, Gnt, Pkm, East and West prefer Amaravati. At this prices even they also stay away. Only NRI kammas are buying in Amaravati for investment. So buyers becareful, don't dive blindly. Whether is sultry . At this prices one can buy better plots in Blore, Hyd in premium gated communities with better weather.

At these prices no middle class person can be able to buy plots.

Recently our CM suggested service road connection at crossing point /junction of Seed Axis Rd(E-3) and West BYPASS Rd, which is very much useful for commuters. It is surprising how the planning authorities of By pass road alignment have ignored such important service road connectivity, which would facilitate to travel fast both Gollapudi side and Guntur side. Can you please indicate whether N RC or APCRDA is taking any action towards aforesaid service road connection across Seed Axis Rd & West Bypass Rd ?

Property development and appreciation is not based universities in that location. Near IIT and gitam university Hyderabad (both located on national highway) even today per sq yrsd is 25-30,000/- There is also AIIMS in Hyderabad. Just adjoining AIIMS per sq yard cost only 25,000 rupees! Buy near IT SEZ, because only IT can generate income and employment. Only IT employees can get plot/house loans in crores.
