Awesome! Most people think he's on the surface but the reality is he's also, maybe even more often, at the bottom. Unless it's a really shallow area my go-to for Goldy is either crankbait or worm jigging for that reason. Those options cover both top and bottom. Float lures are only certain to cover the top. I caught him 3 times this week and all 3 times in less than 10 minutes. Twice on crankbait and once on worm jigging at bottom then reeling.

Well you might want to watch my big fish montage in the video then LOL. I caught a diamond even in my gear challenge video. They are there. It can definitely be frustrating. Stick to the time window of noon-4PM and then try a new server. Time window is key for diamonds to spawn in my opinion. Some servers can be really bad but eventually you will find a good one.

Thanks! If you open it then it lets your line extend freely. The only time I use it is with the new rod holders because there is a bug that can cause them to snap back if there is too much tension - so opening the bail before you place the rig in the rod holder solves the problem.

Thanks! No I haven't. Was testing it a bit last week but they are definitely deep water in Spain and even then one of the toughest dimes in Spain. I do have Muskie with rod holders scheduled for tomorrow and will hlikely have GRR Pike - started testing that too - at some point using rod holders. But Spain might not be possible with rod holders until they are added to boats. Having the same issue with LM Bass in Spain.

Yes but your best option unless you have the level 90 reel is the level 35 baitcasting gear Grau/Mediator. Jig bottom with Shad, Grub or Worm at the same spot.

Thanks. Always use a lure twitching for Magno. He has a trait for being attracted to twitching so it makes it very easy. Plus he will almost always surface so you can target him if you keep your eyes open.

If you mean the legend reset, good luck but I'm sure it's automated. In the past it went active when bugged whenever they fixed it, not at the normal time.

Probably would take a bunch of coding and I doubt it's possible. I was just hoping they'd do double XP for the Winter event.

They aren't that bad honestly once you get the gang of it. I have videos for the hard ones. Just make sure you are using gear that matches the line needed and fight with drag.

Yep they went active once the Winter Event ended. Apparently something about the event bugged the legends.

Nah it's definitely automated. The normal reset is at 4 AM in Sweden. No one is up flipping a switch. That's why when there is a problem it doesn't get fixed until their business hours.

Agreed. Nothing we can do about it though. Just have to let them enjoy their vacation.

Not entriely sure that info of 5 in the video was current, probably not but the point was they are small so no one on call. Yes, Japan 1k is stupid easy and I have videos for all 19 challenges as well as all 19 diamonds as well as all missions and collectibles.

Great question. Check the comments on my updated version of this video. There is a person who said the same thing happened last New Years and on Monday they restarted the previous week legends again. So I guess it wouold just be a bonus token of the same ones if you have time and that's what they do again this year. We probably won't know until Monday.
