My friend Gene Parsons has played a D ninth copedent for the last 50+ years. I really like that tuning being a little bit lower. He still has the old fender 800 that Leo Fender gave him back in the 60s. Heavily modified seven petals five knees.

See many steel players, after years of playing, some still play from the heart and soul, NOT just the mind. Players like yourself, Herby Wallace, the young Jimmy Day, Paul Franklin, Tommy White, when it comes to E 9th, that is where the goose bumps and tears become reality.
