Passive isn't entirely useless because it makes your E come off cd way faster after you use it, W does come faster as well by about 2 seconds.Not to mention conqueror makes up for the lack of AD the items has. It's worked pretty good in my masters games but its only good into squishes. I wouldn't say its dogshit.
