เข้าร่วมเมื่อ 10 ก.ค. 2020
This is the official youtube channel for the Thoracic Surgery Residents Association.
The mission of the Thoracic Surgery Residents Association (TSRA) is to represent the interests of all residents training in cardiothoracic surgery. To that end, this organization was started by residents and continues to be overseen by residents who are still in training programs. All current residents in training in cardiothoracic surgery are automatically members of TSRA.

hypoprolenemia is a serious problem!
Having honesty and integrity as a surgeon/person should be more important than the potential risks involved in taking on complicated difficult cases. Imposter syndrome is the direct result of gaslighting a patient who you know is suffering and would benefit from surgery but you refuse to do it because of the potential risk. Having integrity means advocating for your patient, taking the time to review scans and following up in a manner that offers them a resolution or at minimum a compassionate action plan that encourages healing & comfort rather than passing the buck and kicking the can down the road. All the surgical skills in the world mean very little if at the end of the day you aren't a good human being.
Congratulations! Great job on your presentation!
Are you related to Salim Aziz in DC?
This is really smart. I have been trying to search for a TH-cam video similar to yours that breaks down the topics in this vid! 🙌Your content totally is like the channel from Dr Ethan. Dr's explanations are insightful and he really helped me a lot on my exams. He is a helpful medical student in Nottingham. I recommend you check his TH-cam out and give the Dr a like! 👉 #MedicalStudentEthan
