Correcting a mis-speak - in the comment below, it occurred in the 2nd quarter. Sorry!

It is amazing to me that Caitlyn Clark got away with 3 obvious fouls in the 1st half of this game: an offensive, two-handed shove to the chest of Bree Hall: a defensive forearm hack to the arm of a driving Tessa Johnson; and another forearm hack on Bree Hall. The whole world watched this biased officiating, with the announcers saying they liked that the officials were letting them play but protecting the shooters (meaning Caitlyn Clark). I wonder how much the officiating during her college career influenced how WNBA officials called her games when she got there? Oh, in case you haven't noticed, they are the same officials! Which is why I believe that the league governing bodies dictate the way games are officiated. And the one official in the 4th quarter, that was calling a tie-up, or held ball, between Cardoso and Marshall; and we all know that this was what she was going to call because she blew her whistle and pointed at the two players involved in the tie-up, who, upon turning to the official scorers' table and seeing that South Carolina had the position arrow, called a travel on Cardoso.

At about the 7:45 mark of the 4th quarter, Holly Rowe said that the first time River Baldwin took her first charge she was playing at Florida State, blah, blah, blah. What I'd like to know is when was the second time she took her first charge?

How good is Ashlyn Watkins? I just saw her foul Mimi Collins with the back of her head! Now, is that playing basketball, or what?

The thing that impresses me the most about this team is how they can keep composure even tho they down they keep calm and composed really impressive even when they was on brink of losing to Tennessee they still looked composed and believed they was gone win Dawn did a fantastic job at keeping them composed I feel it’s one of the reasons the freshman was so good in the championship

All I can say is Iowa was fortunate that everyone wasn’t shooting at their best. Raven can knock down 3 and Chloe hits the mid range consistently.

The two announcers eager to keep praising Clark was annoying . The only thing to shut them up was SC defense and scoring . Clark was outplayed by a defensive player who can’t shot . If raven had made half of her shots , SC would have blown Iowa out .

I just realized that before halftime it ended on a steal/turnover on Caitlin Clark by Raven Johnson then the game ended on a steal/turnover on Caitlin Clark by Raven Johnson! Wow 😯

I love how no matter how much of a lead a team gets over SC they don’t get stressed they stay calm and do what they gotta do to get the win

I want every one of these filthy refs to be investigated. The nonsensical calls that were made against South Carolina were outrageous. The lack of response from anyone in Iowa regarding this matter indicates the nature of this group. It raises questions about their integrity and impartiality in officiating the game.

Idk why folks always talking about Kitts she’s great and she had the nice hang time . She’s a great slasher . I can see her getting better with her handles and taking over games.
