Hi All. I want to share my experience with makeo toothsi. I signed up with them with a lot of hopes and better outcomes for which I literally paid 45k at once without any other thought considering that its a brand and would definitely give you results. Another reason, that sales agent which called himself a dentist which he was not actually. He knew basic dentistry nd he trapped me. He promised that in case initially you face any issue or you dont see any results you can claim ur refund. While getting my scanning done, i had clearly told that person that I have recently got my RCT done nd capping is left. So give me some time, but he said there wont be any issue. You can get these things done later and i trusted him. I got my first kit of aligners, which was not fitting to my teeth. They adjusted anyhow and i continued that for 2 months after that I faced issue again. Rescanning was done and dentist assured me that this time you wont face any issue and i continued again. After 3 months again I faced issue again and at that time they said that you cab get your treatment of RCT capping done then we can continue. I wanted to get this treatment completed before my wedding and now that time has come as well. Makeo toothsi is pushing me to restart the treatment again instead of refunding my amount. Top of that dentists became more aggressive and mannerless when i started disputing. Overall i have wasted my time and money!!! Pls dont consider them and dont even consider their positive reviews, its all fake!!! SCAM!!!! I will kept on spreading this message, I will be glad if I even save the money of 5 patients here.

SCAM COMPANY! Please if you love your hard earned money, do not even think of going buying aligners from Toothsi. There is a reason why 95% of the reviews are NEGATIVE for Toothsi and the only positive reviews are only on their website. During the first interaction about my problem, I was promised that all my issue regarding jaw inclination and teeth orientation would be cured by their aligners. After making the payment of Rs. 60,000/- , going through the 8 months of the journey, my issue was still not solved. I thought to give them another chance and they sent another set of enhancement aligners (treatment period was another 6 months). So I went through that journey, everytime ensuring that I wear the aligners for 22 hours, planning my meals accordingly and cleaning both my teeth and aligners everytime I eat. After 6 months as well, Lo and Behold, my issue was still not resolved and my teeth were still at an inclined angle which was the issue why I started my journey with Toothsi aligners. NOW! THE BIGGEST FRAUD! Now they say my issue won't be solved by aligners, it can only be treated with braces or a surgery!! And they won't issue any REFUND! Because the person who promised that my problem would be solved, had no where mentioned in writing that it will be cured by aligners! (Every month, my Smile Buddy kept on changing, showing the employee attrition rate at Toothsi). I don't know how the employees or the owners are able to sleep at night, looting people's hard earned money. Promising all the stars in the world and then showing their true colours of DEFRAUDING people, but I hope that this review goes a long way and even if one person refrains from joining Toothsi journey, I will be able to sleep at night like a baby knowing that I've saved someone lots and lots of money! Again I'm saying, IF YOU LOTS AND LOTS OF MONEY, CHOOSE INVISALIGN, OR DONATE THE MONEY, BUT DO NOT EVER CHOOSE TOOTHSI. SHAME ON YOU GUYS! PUTTING AN INDIAN BRAND NAME TO SHAME!
