I wish to share my thanks to Angela Duerr, Cultured Vine's Founder, the Visionary behind the Judgement of Napa, for her unwavering, tenacious commitment to deliver this honor to the three people in history that made all of our lives in the worlds of hospitality, food, and WINE in Napa Valley possible...! Because if it were not for the 1976 Judgement of Paris that was produced by Steven Spurrier, or the article written about the Judgement of Paris by American journalist George Taber, or the help of Patricia Gallagher who hand carried the California Wines to Paris, France in 1976...California Wines would have never been introduced to the Global Stage as the next land of opportunity for winemakers, vineyard crews, winery management, wine marketing, wine & food hospitality, as a matter of fact the Napa Valley may not have ever seen the transformation that it continues to experience today.
