For this to work with DLSS 4 and Patch 2.21 you need to download both the dlssg-to-frs3-0.100 version and the dlssg-to-frs3-0.100 (Universal) version. First, unzip the non-universal version folder that you downloaded: Now copy the dlssg_to_fsr3_amd_is_better.dll file and the nvngx.dll file into the Cyberpunk2077/bin/x64 game folder (if you're confused; this is where the Cyberpunk2077.exe is located). Second, unzip the (Universal) version folder that you downloaded: Now copy dbghelp.dll, version.dll, winhttp.dll, dlssg_to_frs3.asi and dlssg_to_frs3.dll to Cyberpunk2077/bin/x64 (You do not need to copy the dlssg_to_frs3_amd_is_better.dll files from the Universal version folders, these files are all the same ones! You've already copied this file from the non-universal folder!) Finally, start the game; now you have the FrameGen option available again, you're good to go! P. S. - For CET users: For this mod to work alongside CET, and vice versa, you need to first copy the dlssg_to_frs3_amd_is_better.dll file and the dlssg_to_frs3.asi file into Cyberpunk2077/bin/x64/plugin folder also, then reinstall CET after you've completed all the forementioned steps (simply copy and overwrite the excisting CET files.) Ta-dah, CET works again! Well, these steps worked for me anyway ... Nothing else did.
