Try power button & volume up you can factory reset from the bios menu that pops up but look it uo yourself first.

The bright side you still can revive that phone with LinegeOS. I have a LG G3 and installed Lineage On it. It feels like new again. The S5 and G3 are both released in the same year so that should be possible as both phones have Snapdragon 801.

Since the language is Chinese, it possibly doesn't have FRP lock, because Google is banned in China.

That makes sense. I brought my G3 from China as a second hand model and it didn't came with the FRP. You can get these as a second hand in China but be careful though because you might get scammed like getting a clone instead of the real thing (Which is a waste of money).
