Thanks for the informative video. I have created a rule to play sound on specific sender. One issue I am running into is that sound only plays when I am logged in and screen is not locked. If screen is locked I don't hear any sound which defeats the audio alert purpose for me. I have windows 11 and latest outlook 365.

is it possible to change foreground and background layers? I tried adding rectangular annotation with 100% opacity and fill color white followed by adding some text. Now the text is always covered by this rectangular shape. Layers do not seem to offer this functionality. Bringing forward or moving back is not working for some reason. Any idea?
