HTTP Callout from Salesforce Flow - Without Using Code
มุมมอง 3.1Kปีที่แล้ว
As part of the Spring 23 release, Salesforce introduced a beta feature, using which we can make HTTP callouts from flow without writing a single line of code. Let us see that in action.

ScreeFlow - Exception Logging Platform Events Vs Flow Execution Error Event
when you change the region via flow for the current user, is it permanent or just for the session? i.e. after user logout and login again, what is his region? The old one, or the changed one? Thanks.
Its not working for record trigger flow. Do you have any suggessions?

Hi , report by user is not bringing up any users. I am not able to run the report without selecting users. The drop down only shows 'Users'
Great Post. Thanks
Thank you! I was really struggling to understand Restriction Rules. This has made it much more clear
Hey. I ve been using this component but I am stuck when an Array is part of the JSON. Is flow supposed to create the collections automatically like in your video? Thank you.
Yes, the JSON array will be converted as list of apex class variables. So you can refer that by your output variable.listvariable name
@@salesforceinsights2399 Hey, thank you for your quick reply. It s not that logical I believe. I ve even been told in other channels that it wasn't possible so you may have the first documentation on how to get those arrays . So it might be interesting to add this step in the video or in comments. I create a collection variable - Apex Def and output with the relevant Apex Def collection. I link it to a loop and the loop is still empty even if I have a 200 response :/
Awesome!!! Thanks a lot Meera
Waw thanks so much , very good video ;)
👍
As I read the Scoping Rule at this moment is only for Performance, Unlimited, and Developer editions, not in EE yet, unless this can be purchased separately
That is correct.
Glad to see this is available with Winter '23. I use ISCLONE() in many WFRs that I've been eager to migrate to FLOW. I wasn't aware that it was going to be available in Winter '23. Thanks for the video!
Does it only work on Screen flows? I'm trying to do the same thing, but with Record-Triggered Flows and Auto-Launched flows. Thanks!
yes, you can. refer this blog post - meera-r-nair.blogspot.com/2020/06/flows-exception-logging-using-fault.html
I am still confused with the restriction rules and why it exists. If I take the case example about job application, we can just use sharing rules and assign the user according to the geography, the job application dependent on the geography as well. Or am I missing something ?
Yes, what you said is correct. The same can be solved using multiple sharing rules, and this is a different approach.
Well done Ma`am !!
Today morning only i also created new project with code builder in my org..it is very good experience... Can we expect that dev console is going to be removed by Salesforce in future and also usage of vs code for Salesforce coding...
I think once we have additional features like query optimizer, that might be the case. But it will take some time.
Miss Nair, nice explanation mam !! Keep doing more
Thanks
How were you able to display duplicate opportunities? Was it a custom component?
