@@sharonflowers66 oh for sure, it's not to bash the brand like I said it's a responsibility that if I know something like that I can't get behind and support a place if I think there is remotely a chance that you would have a similar experience and I can't support not getting your stuff. Straight up only reason I emailed them back again saying it was sad they didn't care about their reputation and that I had every hope and intention of making them a showcased brand. If they did reply id tell so in my content that they wanted to make it right however, they did not reply. I feel i gave them plenty of information and knowledge and opportunities to correct it.😐😒

@@PammyCosmetix definitely I got a response from them that I wrote through an email not attached to my order they ignored me through my order and answered the one but still have not shipped. I ordered from ensley reign Sunday at midnight it's already here to be delivered in the morning first thing. Ensley Reign is amazing

Next file a complaint with bbb I don't know is that a usa thing or global icon find out and I would write a similar email to mine to glamlite on my community page. Maybe try also an email you have never used and don't put the order or tracking number or any negative info in the subject line other than inquiring delivery Never delete confirmation emails or confirmation shipping until you physically have the package and keep them for proof foe the financial institution. I really hope this can help. Maybe I need to start reviewing a series of brands we buy from do you like this idea? I'm down to do the research work hrs just slowed down cause the election is Tuesday and I can give a poll on the brands you want reviewed? I'm also going to do a tips and how to stay safe buying online for sure do u like these ideas?

@AnnieWiz1978 lands of enchantment is beautiful, I love the shimmers so much. Next year il be buying alot less than I did this year. I reordered nocturnal last night as I have the original from 2021 and the shimmers don't perform that well anymore, glaminatrix is my favourite formula so il be sad if I miss the reformulated version. I also grabbed the celebration bundle and glimmering creatures volume 4 while they were 30% off
