So I found out certain sodas trigger migraines and it’s the ones loaded with sugar like ginger ale and squirt that are the worst for me. Also not sure exactly what is in coke and Pepsi that does it but I am guaranteed a migraine the next day after as little as half a can of coke.

I had my tongue tie removed, during the process though they put this mask on which they explained to me was supposed to make me sleepy and hopefully I would fall asleep to little to no pain when I wake up done from the process, what they did wrong though was that they turned on this SHREK on the tv bro 😂😂and those shrek memes hit me hard and I couldn’t fall asleep. 😅😅
