Spray foam is the worst thing you can put in the walls if you like mold go ahead and do it but you'll never resale that house especially if they find out there's spray foam between the walls plus I you got bad wiring you won't be able to go inside your walls without ripping the walls out to repair you're wiring until you tear it all out turn on new wiring but if you like mold go ahead and do what you want to do just letting you know up front formaldehyde will make you sick

And then taking a break just for yourself everyday to just breathe and relax will help, even if it’s just for 10 mins.
