Former Nurse and Maj servant here, don't feel bad for the nurses, they were as bad as Val and made me want to die. I'd say feel bad for the nurse in this video who was yelled at by Val. DS is a toxic community and always will be. I'm glad they discharged me.
Ex torium aide and maha servant here SAME i literally got demoteed from maha after only 4 days of working there cause i literally couldnt keep calm with the other staff members and ended up just lashing out on them for being petty and dramatic as hell, i hated the staff sm and the HRs dear god especially hira
@@bleedoverhim Honestly, when I saw that I had been discharged, I tried to remain calm and said how I was sad in chat, but that act snapped when somebody said "yeah ok nobody cares bye". I can only think of one SINGLE good person in DS and that's JoyfuILemon, who I'm still really good friends with to this day, and she said herself that she is stressed from DS, and even received death threats from people in it.
@@look-at-this-goofy-ahh-rat Ive never met lemon although she seems like the nicest out of all imperails (lemon and maybe melanie) but hira eve and alex... NAH... hell no. When i was a maha me and hira got ina. huge fight like we were actually at each others throats. I took something out of the dpis casket cause i didnt know i wasnt allowed to, and she kicked me out of the game and called me an absolute idiot and verbally attacked me and another maj. My maha friend also got involved, she got her demoted but she didnt do anything to me for some reason. I literally cussed tf out of her so it was surprising. Ds has the nicest games and ive had lovely memories as staff so it sucks that the toxicity is pulling people off like that...
It honestly does suck. And the fact that it's a place for people to feel welcome, but a solid 75% of the staff feel they are the opposite of welcome there by the other 25%. I actually felt slightly more welcome when I was a Helper, and then I decided to become a Maj and it all went down hill, and people cared less and less about me. When the Hijab incident happened people literally sent me death threats. It got to the point where I completely abandoned DS and forgot it existed until they fired me.

The gamepass to become a torium sucks. Like, if a troll bought alot of robux they could afford it. They even said they made the gamepass expesive just to keep trolls away. But many trolls have alot of money and can afford the gamepass so it makes it useless, and toxic people and trolls can be able to afford it and abuse the game. Some people kept targetting a group called : DPI abuse sim. Which was pretty innocent, you just had to join the group to get the staff stuff. And if you'd like admin you had to rank up. People kept reporting it and making it get the group locked. The community was wholesome but all ruined by the trash people, almost everybody left the group.
