I think.. If this music is a sequel of me!me!me!... Maybe the Cyan Girl is Hana-Chan (the girlfriend of the boy who had an addiction in the music me!me!me! and yeah she has a name just like the guy but I forget his name 😅), who suffer now from depression because she was abandonned by her boyfriend and she completly change her looks to look like the girls of the me!me!me! song (who also have cyan hair) because she think that she had a chance to gained his love back but at the end she sees him with another girl who has the same look that she used to have (maybe fallen hana-chan ? the strange alien of the me!me!me! music or maybe she remember her relationship with him because after she saw them she started to feel bad and like she seems to remember her bad memories).. Yeah I don't know if my theory makes sense ? 😅 But I definitly believe that the cyan girl is hana-chan who had changed because of what happened in me!me!me! song ! She is really desperate to gain his love back or at least finding another man who will love her but she is like trying over and over with different men (because she want to forget shuu at any cost but she failed) ... It's sad to be honnest... (Also sorry for my bad english 😅)

Second, when she saw the couple holding hands, she absolutly don't look at the boy, not a single moment, only the other girl. When she say "i love you". I really think she's the same girl from mememe, but here again, in mememe it's like the pink hair girl is a kind of godess protected by the blue one. For me, she just wants the boy to stay away, and that's why she use that form to seduce him. To keep the girl to herself.

I have theory, what if the "girl" in this MV is the same girl in mememe? What if this "girl" is actually a dimensional goddess that can manipulate anything or anyone? In my opinion I feel like she went to earth and fell in love with the guy from mememe, in some way she probably figured it out the guy was a nerd and his rocky relationship with his girlfriend and she used his interest to manipulate him into being a relationship with her, as in, she made herself into a character that was ideal but soon after he figured this wasnt healthy his girlfriend came back to help him but the "girl" got pissed and tried to make him stay in which Idk if she succeed because the end of mememe is kinda illusive.
