Hi at the 12:30 For scanning QR Code no need for any 3rd party application and don't use a camera Scan it will not work. Simply you can open any browser >> Goto address bar >> right side there camera icon >> Click on it. If you are using Google Chrome then Google lens open automatically. Then scan the QR code and click on the appear link you will redirect to that portal.
