Thank you sm, rn I'm struggling with anxiety and negative thoughts about my life and other personal things going on irl and in my head. So now im starting to lose hope in life and question myself if things are going to get better or not. But now that i saw this video, I'm starting to feel a little better about myself and started to gain trust/ hope abt my future. I needed this....

this gives me some hope :/ ❤ i like this trend actually. i'm 14 and yea i feel like my life is over but maybe i just need to finish school. I moved away from 2 years ago to another state and still have no friends, like my life just paused and never resumed. Like idc i just want out of here. i had to move to a mental health school or whatever it is and i'm failing everything. it's like it never ends and i just use my medication to make me feel ok even though it makes me feel like crap and everyone says i'm addicted but idc, i just wanna feel something else yk? but youre so pretty this made me cry. And the acne is so real😭 the pimples on my face are throbbing rn i gtg put some cream on

A lot of people are going through the same thing right now. My life was very up and down. Until I was 35 . I had an accident and started thinking about God. Every day. At least a couple times. 1 yr later I met my wife. Two years later we got married. 1yr later we had a baby. My body is in bad shape, every movement hurts. We struggle with money but we are happy. Things will get better! Do what I did,think about Christ. Read the Bible like it’s a history book. Watch videos of bishop Mar Mari dude is funny. My name is Mike. My wife’s device. Be safe and take care of yourself.

Things do get better if you let them!! At 16, I was 216lbs/98kg and dealing with so many issues like psychosis, depression since 9yo, loneliness, and anxiety, and now I'm 19, I've lost all of that excess weight, I'm not dealing with psychosis anymore, I'm not as anxious, I'm literally dating the best man I've ever met in my entire life, and I'm happier and more successful than I've ever been with my life! I really never thought I'd make it to 19 but I'm glad I did :)

Hey I’m not you from the future but I was in the same spot when I was 14. I’m now 20 and life got way better! Know that you have the power to make your life better 🩷
Don’t stress it , I’m going to be 20 and worrying about things that much don’t do anything better for you in the long run. So enjoy the age you’re at and be present in the moment. ☺️
