My STRUGGLE To WIN With Time Wizard | Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel
This has been one hell of a journey. I never though that this card would be in my hands this much, but it's given me a hell of a run for my money. THIS CARD IS A TEST.

Dice Jar, if flip summoned, has a stupidly small chance to inflict 6000 LP damage to your opponent... so I rigged it. I wish that I had more footage of duels actually ending, but people surrender as soon as they know Dice Jar is on the field. I won around 11/12 out of my 15 and 9 surrendered. The new meta has begun. This deck has been a lot of fun, especially in the XYZ festival that's currently runnning. A decklist is provided below with a few reasons for choices, any question about how to run it, fire away! I tested this deck against meta decks, unfortunately, it is no match for them at all... This deck is good for the goat format

Dice jar is my favorite card. I've built so many trolling decks around it.. so satisfying when people are like WTF!!! when they lose super suddenly in 2 turns. 🤣

I met this the other day. Lucky for me I have Escape of the Unchain which allow me to destroy their card. I'm surprise they not immediately surrender after that but they scoop before the final blow
they so fougth more than unce against this type of deck

@@dergplays2077 Sure thing. Gonna try running this card with Messenger of Peace and some sort of anti-effect/trap/spell card (open to any suggestions) and see if I can’t pull off a Bakudan beatdown

I have run time wizard, instant fusion, and time wizard of tomorrow in literally every deck I have ever made precisely because I have always believed in the thesis of this video. When Time Wizard is needed, he will be there.

Excellent work and very well explained of your whole progress in this new video! I found your channel by pure luck after getting a slight interest in the game. It was pretty boring watching so many solitaire meta decks, but your Dice Jar video not only made me realize there can be gimmick gamble mechanic decks (Which I love a lot as well thanks to RogueLike games) that are actually fun to use but also very effective as well once I installed the game and tried it out because of that awesome video you did. I'll love to see you making a deck with more gamble mechanics with cards like Gambler of Legends, Tour of Doom, Dark Sanctuary, Ordeal of a Traveler, Sniper Hunter, etc, anything that requires a coin toss or dice roll! The more the better lol. There's also the whole Arcane Force deck which also heavily relies on the gamble mechanic of a coin toss. You could also try making decks with specific type of themes like only using cards that have a visible sword in the artwork, only cards with a certain main color in the artwork, birds or demons only looking monsters, a main priority type of deck of buffing the attack power of your cards or denaying as much as possible with effects, stuff like that. Maybe create a deck that focuses on not so popular cards and having a certain gimmick to them like Silent Swordsman. Whatever new idea you got I'll be there to watch it, because you make this game look fun by trying out non-meta stuff and with unique gimmick actions or cards.
Hey! Thanks! The gambler of legend is one I'm trying to do at the moment, along with dark sanctuary (which almost feels TOO good). If you're doing the N/R challenge, Ordeal of a traveller has saved me quite a few times - to the point of buying 3 for my IRL deck! Glad to hear you're enjoying the channel, stuff like this keeps me going!

Is Gallant Granite good? Manju + Spirit can get you a Pot of Forbidden / Dice Jar, but that's mid game and I don't know how good that would be by then.
It's not something I've looked into, but I'll try it out and give it a go!

Why not switch the 2 Pot of Desire for 2 or 3 Pot of extravagance since u don’t need to use the extra deck
I would if I had the materials! I'm a sucker for absolutely blowing SR/UR credits on stuff I probably don't need!
it would be a good add but it also hinders you by not being able to draw for the the rest of the turn since you played it

This is actually sick. I was running my own version of this but it didn't have any cards like the ritual monster. I NEED to copy this immediately lmao. Have you thought about using Time Wizard in here? Or Ms. Judge? Even the Hermos spell card to make the fusion hammer that can just banish cards when it attacks/get's attacked would be super annoying to fight against
I haven't actually thought about how those cards, sounds like some fun gambles! I'll have a mess around with it, time wizard has massive potential!

You're right! I just didn't have the materials, a lot of this deck is made up of cards from previous builds
no need cards like messenger of peace or sword revealing light. just put in all burn cards and draw cards and you're set.
Originally I had it like this, but if the heart of the cards isn't with you, you're absolutely destroyed turn 2 - it was more consistent with them surprisingly, but could be complete coincidence!
@@dergplays2077 I'm telling you. Cards like swords revealing or messenger of peace did nothing in todays meta. All it takes is a single accesscode talker and those cards are toast. Nurse burn is supposed to kill opponent turn 2. No need to have prolonged battle. It's kill opponent turn 2 or you lose. That's the better way to take the nurse burn deck. Ask any major yugituber you know. They'll agree with this claim.
@@TCGArsenal Fully agreeing with you, but this deck is just for a laugh! Also, no accesscode talker in the XYZ festival! Nurse burn can be turn 2 or lose, but fortunately - due to those cards - I had a higher win% in this festival with those cards included. If this was seriously to compete with the meta, I'd probably choose something less gimmicky to start with.
