Hello, hello, everyone! My name is Doctor Citrea Lollime, second of her name, but you can just call me Doctor!
I am a VTuber and the Doctor / Mad Scientist™ of FlaVR Corporation (definitely a real corp). Join my streams to help me out with stuff like planning world domination and taking revenge against those who have wronged me (and those who haven't), but beware! Once I lure you in, you may never be able to leave again, MWAHAHAHAHAH.

I was not prepared for The Doc's one two punch of cuteness and singing! Thanks for sharing with us it takes a lot of guts to sing in front of others.
Thank you!!!!!! I was very nervous so I'm glad you enjoyed ^w^
Wasn't able to be there at the end, but thanks for the stream Doc, it might not seem like, but I can assure you we are very happy to be your community, keep up bringing us smiles and happy days. 🫀
I'm so glad you enjoy my streams, it makes me really happy to hear stuff like that (>/////< " )
Hi there
Cry of fear in 2024 wooooo!!
4h stream, 😮 hardcore game lover
Yeah 4 hours sure is a lot, I would definitely never play this game for twice as long at a time, hahahahahahahahahah...
@@drlollime pls let me know when you gonna stream next time. I will looking forward to it.
Riddle me this
Riddle me that!
2:10:30 I didn't have time to follow up on that "Oh well!" comment and your reply since work really picked up, but that was a compliment! Most of the "rogue-lite" strategy game players play extremely safely, which is fine if you're learning the game and watching to see optimal tactics, but it can make things pretty boring. You're at the point where your natural game sense plus experience lets you take risks and still be OK _most_ of the time, which I think is the "sweet spot" for games like this (you can enjoy the skill but things can still go horribly wrong 😅). Thanks for the stream! Making great progress!
WE AIN'T GOING OUT OF THE DARKEST DUNGEON WITH THIS ONE 🗣️🗣️🗣️🔥🔥🔥
Good job on beating the first chapter of the game Doc! Sorry I wasn't there to say goodbye, but you are definitely improving and cannot wait to see the next stream ❤
Did I just miss the end?
4:28:40 Aw geez. I swear, Deathblow resist is a complete lie, heh. Most of those Stygian fails I told you were about were just me trucking along doing well, then out of nowhere someone gets 2 crits with a DOT going and dies immediately before I can do anything about it. I know it's just a law of averages thing, heh, but still. Thanks for the stream! And sorry for the backseating at 2:26:00 . I was trying to think of a good way to bring up "enemy control" since I think that's the biggest piece of the puzzle you were missing. Like you saw with the Swine Skiver on that first run, some enemies can really mess you up every turn and the only way to deal with it is to keep them from acting until you can get rid of them. The Ruins run with all the stuns was a good example of what you can with a lockdown team, that was really impressive. And I noticed you're starting to nail predicting enemy attacks, too-- like that one time you knew better than to bother with Come Hither on the fishman, because he'll always attack no matter the rank. Good stuff! Thanks for the stream, looking forward to next time!
Good stream
Fun stream so far (I'm about an hour in*), wish I'd been able to catch it! I got the Switch version too once the version with the DLC came out, and played it co-op with my brother. It was a lot of fun, but I'm not sure I like it enough to play it again like you're doing. You mentioned you beat it before; did you have any big difficulty with it? We really struggled on King Dice. 😒 One other thing I was curious about, since I don't think the tutorial changes to reflect it-- did you remap any controls? I couldn't play with dash next to jump _at all_. Switched it to R2 / ZR and that worked a lot better. * Chaser on that Run-N-Gun at 55:00 is genius. Retroactively kicking myself for not thinking of it. 😅
I had a lot more trouble during my first playthrough! Kahl's robot was definitely the most difficult one for me. First time I tried to beat it, it made me give up on the main game, go do the entire DLC, then come back and spend an additional three days trying to clear it. I've played it a LOT on expert since then as i wanted to absolutely annihilate that level, to the point I S-ranked it 15 times. Also yeah, I remapped controls off-stream (while I thought I was live only to realize I was not....)
@@drlollime Whoa, awesome! I'm not sure if we S-ranked anything. 😅 I can see having trouble with Kahl, we struggled a little on it too (just the last phase where you have to fly around junk while also dodging his shots). Hope you have a good rest of your weekend!
Thanks again for the stream! I went back and watched the rest of the VOD after I had to leave, and you had some pretty clean runs. Good job! I did want to jump in on the discussion about trinkets at 3:05:00 (and wish I'd been there to do it live instead of having to chat with a guest for 45 minutes 😒). One interesting thing about DD is that the trinkets almost all have trade-offs, and it really makes you think about min-maxing and if the drawbacks are worth it. And that's where your own play style comes in: do you want to focus on safety and have more turn control with stuns and movement (in which case Speed is more important), or do you want to focus on damage and accept taking more HP and stress damage in exchange for shorter fights (which reduces the effects of bad luck-- one failed stun and an enemy crit on turn 8 and there goes all your careful planning)? For the Brawler's Gauntlets in particular, I think they're great, even though losing a little Speed and Crit _are_ bad. The thing is, you can put them on a Leper or Crusader, and just accept they're going last and aren't going to crit much. For the Leper in particular, they pair great with the Lucky Armlet-- you'd have to be careful about Dismas's Head or an Ancestor relic because of the -Stress penalty, but the Brawler Gauntlets don't have that. Likewise, most of the Scouting trinkets penalize Speed, but I definitely think they're worth it (one ambush on a party that has trouble with moving around can _really_ set you back, maybe even cost you the run). 1 other thing... I saw you have your Steam profile linked, but it's private (understandably). I wouldn't mind gifting you the DLCs if you're interested, and I can put my friend code somewhere like pre-chat or a comment (to edit out later). Let me know if that's something you'd like. Hope you had a good weekend, and see you next time!
This might be a stretch, but "Cú" means "hound/dog" in Gaelic. So the fact that "C U" shows up when the dog attacks could be a layered pun because it means both "Dog" and "See you"
Okay, but did we ever find out how much the candy cost?
The stream restarts were super funny lol Thank you Doc! You are so good at games!
I thought I had posted a comment here but I did not! It was wonderful and perhaps I shall make clips of this as well!
Thanks for the stream Doc 💖
I arrived late unfortunately, still thanks for the stream Doc, you truly are a life saver for a lot of people, keep it up ❤
W stream as usual Doc ❤ You are getting better at the game, can't wait for the Nightmare attempt ❤
Good job with the boss fight! It's a neat way of seeing different playstyles too. With that team I probably would've put Holy Lance on the Crusader and Finish Him on BH and focused on the back-rank damage, but having the Jester do most of the work with Bleed and having them take care of the Cauldron worked really well. 🤔 Interesting discussions earlier in the stream too. I'd definitely be interested in seeing some Souls streams from you, but it's hard to find time to cover a bunch of long games. If only we could opt out of working and sleeping, right? 😅 What did you think of Cuphead? I played it co-op with my brother and that was a lot of fun, but I don't think I would've liked it solo. Thanks for the streams! 👍
I've been working my way through the VODs at work, and I'm really enjoying them. You're good at the chat banter and cute moments that we watch VTubers for, but you're also taking the game seriously and trying to get good at it instead of brute-forcing it (although that happens too sometimes 😅), and _that's_ pretty rare. Shame I wasn't there for the CK2 misadventures, but definitely glad I found you now! 2 things about the Cove run in the middle of the video. Around 2:00:00, you were wondering why your Jester kept getting hit even though he had 20+ Dodge. This is a few months ago so I'm not sure if anyone explained the math (or if you figured it out on your own), but: enemy attacks have an Accuracy rating just like yours do. So if a fishman had, say, 75 ACC on his sword attack, that's still a 50/50 of hitting someone with 25 Dodge. You have to stack Dodge really high to make it reliable, things like the Houndmaster's guard move, or combine it with debuffing their Accuracy (like with Antiquarian's Flashpowder). The other thing is about the secret room. It's a little counter-intuitive, and you can't always get away with it; but sometimes you can leave treasure rooms for the end of the run. You'll be out of most of your tools by then, and if you know that's the last room, you can throw away the torches and food and leave. And in this case, where you're out of keys but still have map to explore, it's possible you'll find a key (either as loot, or by getting one at camp from the Antiquarian / Grave Robber's skills), so you can get the real treasure. Thanks for all the streams, and see you next time!
I'm really glad you're enjoying my content! It means a lot and makes me so happy to hear ( ˶ˆᗜˆ˵ ) I hadn't figured out the accuracy thing, but it makes a lot of sense! I'll also try to save treasure rooms for later!
4:47:50 Holy cow, I think that's the most "Darkest Dungeon" thing I've ever seen! If you were going to do clips / shorts for this game, that'd be one for sure. Thanks again for the stream! I did want to mention one thing here that I think would've taken too long in chat-- now that you're getting into the mid and high-level dungeons, you might want to focus more on synergy with your trinkets and team compositions. (And that usually means considering the trinket reward for a dungeon more than the gold / heirlooms.) Your strategy is solid, but the encounters start to out-scale your heroes and you have to adapt to it. For example, when we were talking about Protect Me on your Leper to tank-- imagine if he had Solemnity (the self-heal move) to deal with the extra aggro? Now, imagine if he had the Healing Armlet (or something that raises his PROT even further) on top of that? Or you can use your trinket slots to have a powerful one with strong drawbacks, with one that fixes that weakness. A simple one there is a healbot Vestal with Junia's Head and the Book of Relaxation. Looking forward to seeing what you come up with! You've definitely got the skills to beat the game, just have to focus a little more on the "deck-building" side of things. :] See you next time!
Thank you for the advice! I'll try to keep it in mind! ^w^ Also, dunno if you saw it, I'll be doing another Darkest Dungeon stream this Sunday (might be Saturday in America) at the same time as the others!
@@drlollime You're welcome! And thanks for the heads-up, I'll be there!
Almost 6 hours. You're a real trooper. Thanks for the stream Doctor!
Thanks for joining and watching! I hope you enjoyed it ^w^
Congratulations on winning the game! So sad I wasn't there for that moment but I'm glad you were able to do it!
Thank you so much!!!!!! /|\ ^•w•^ /|\
Arkham City is the best of the series imo. Now Ik objectively Knight is a better GAME, but City just had more love and care put into it imo. The story was so well crafted and executed, the character designs were top notch, the gameplay loop despite it being inferior to Knight was still fantastic, and everything about it just screams Batman. Truly an incredible game, 10/10
It's my first time playing, but I agree a lot! So much depth and a great story! It's a fantastic game /|\ ^•w•^ /|\
