Heyo! 🙌🏻 I’m still 100% short though 🤣

We are currently independent, but we play most of our games against teams in the MHL(Mountain Hockey League)

It is senior a, so it’s fully player funded. We do have sponsors, but they just help keep cost reasonable. Some teams in the league make enough revenue to pay players, but most pay to play. The level of play I would say is comparable to a college game mixed with a fed game. Most of your guys played club hockey, but you have your occasional d1 guy, ECHL guy, or Fed guy mixed in on a few teams.

The one I’m using in this video is a temporary setup, that actually broke off haha. You’ll see in my next video I’m working on haha. So I wouldn’t recommend that for permanent solution, but all it was, was the 3M tape mount that comes with the GoPro. I just stuck that to the top of my helmet haha

@@micdupmessy That's definitely the occupational hazard of strapping the camera to your head, I know they aren't giving those things away so hopefully there wasn't any damage! Definitely going to keep my eye on the uploads! Appreciate you getting back to me

I bought the insurance on it for that exact reason haha, but no damage was done thankfully 🤘🏻 I should have that one posted soon!

@@jonb3573 I’ve got reztek on the front, but I play roller often and got tired of retapping my stick. Now that I’m used to it, I doubt I’ll ever tape my stick again

Usually stick and puck is full equipment for liability reasons unless it private. I would bring your whole bag. Don’t forgot to sharpen those blades

Most stick and pucks you just need skates helmet and gloves. Some places do require full gear though. Half would be a good sharpening, has enough bite where you can get strong pushes, but enough glide to where you won’t break your ankles haha

@@micdupmessy hell yeah I went with the half cut for stick and puck yesterday. Most guys had full pads so I followed suit, did see a couple guys no pads, but I just dropped 400 some new gear so I better use it😂

The amount of water bottles broken in warmups is too great 🤣

Yea I found the same thing, they seem to weigh a lot but you don’t really notice it all that much being honest.

@@micdupmessy nope just price cost is where I see it. I still absolutely love them and it’s my first choice over the 7 sticks I own and not cause that I paid the higher price either
