I would love my kids to read your books.!
I have just finished reading “The Client”. What a beautiful, moving book! Congratulations Mr.Grisham! Wonderful story! Thank You.
What a mysterious, beautiful smile!
I have read three of your first books so far, but I ordered 24 and I expect plenty of impressions. Now I am reading “The Pelican Brief” and I admire your usage of language without “dirty” words. This is real beauty. Thank you for your clear soul and humble manners and above all for your unlimited intelligence.

The sharpest mind and crime writer in the World with the inside story and exceptional insights on everything absolutely brilliant. Ingenious when it comes to societal collusion and corruption. Well done for shining a light of what goes on and the huge harm it is doing to justice and humanity.
Real people , its a pleasure hearing your books on tape .
Need Sycamore Row and A Time for Mercy movies
Read your book Sooley for the first time and loved it.
Thank you John I loved every book you have released until now and of course my favourite character Jake Brigance. Read Sooley years ago and decided to read it again and couldn't help but leave a comment here The heartbreak was devastating but the book was wonderful
A time for mercy was stellar
Saw you on the vuew john..., 😐
John Carpenter
I'm in awe of this guy, how talented and prolific he is. He's my favorite author, and yes I have read all of his books. No one pulls me into the pages like John Grisham, I get lost in his stories to the point I feel like I'm right there in some small town in the Deep South...watching it all unfold. He is a brilliant writer/ story crafter. As for Sooley, it was an amazing novel, no surprise there. Honestly I teared up quite a bit while reading this book. It just really hit deep, the harsh reality that some people in the world have to live under. John hits on every part of it, to a painfully realistic degree. The effect is magnified by how he jumps back and forth in the book between Sooley's increasingly comfortable, modern, American lifestyle...and the stark contrast of what his surviving family members in Africa are going through. As always, he creates strong, real characters that you can picture, that jump out of the pages...you know these people it feels like. He has always been great at creating and presenting characters and their personalities so vividly. Like Ecko, I KNOW that guy lol, I can picture what he looks like, how he talks...I had coaches like that. Miss Ida, Murray's mom, is a fascinating and endearing character in the book, the kind you see in every Grisham novel. This is a great story, I could not put it down and like every other JG novel I got through it in a couple days lol. He even nails every aspect of the basketball component of the story, to the point that I would guess he is a bball fan and has knowledge of the game. This novel was another joyous ride, I highly recommend. The one I read before this was Camino Island. It was so good that I can not even do it justice with my crude review skills lol. I'll simply say...wow. That book stuck with me for days after I finished it. Just master storytelling and really facinating characters...I did not want that book to end. But, i was thrilled to see there is a sequel to it. And that's next up for me!
Very kind of him to give us a look into his literary lifestyle. Sounds like a pleasant, peaceful life.
😎
Was a pleasure thank you and of course enjoy all your books!
Oh man this book bored me to tears and I dropped it....this is what happens when somebody gets so famous that they can publish anything. Grisham has written some good stuff, but this is a total DID! Probably entertains little old ladiesat the country club, but yecch.
Intriguing reality
Ça nous rappelle aussi le "Coq Gaulois" / français / aussi belge etc. Et voici une expression idiomatique: "passer du coq-à-l'âne" / = changer de sujet sans lien logique.
A great job !
Santé et A la vôtre ! Avec les bons titres des livres !
Interesting and inspiring !
Sooley broke my heart which I credit to you as a writer. A story worth reading.
Wow! To see you Mr. Grisham in this beautiful setting is so inspiring! When are we going to see the inside of the office? Is it yellow from the inside? Do you have a bed there to sleep? I love to sleep when I am taking a break. I love taking naps. I am also a writer, just like you.
I love reading books nonfiction and fiction and you are my number favorite ❤️ thanks
Finished Sooley a week or so ago. Loved every page of it. One of Grisham's best.
Sooley is my next read before the year ends... Thank you, John, for keeping us entertained with legal thrillers.
They should have Matthew McConaughey Play Jake brigants in Sycamore as a movie and of course a time for Mercy as a movie. They may need to increase the time span between the books but I'm sure they could make it work. Donald Sutherland is still around and of course Ashley Judd should of course resume her role as his wife. I think they would make for some excellent film
Love this deviation from your normal legal thrillers (which I also thoroughly enjoy). I am reading Sooley now and am totally enthralled. It feels so true-to-life that periodically I have to go out on the Internet to see if this story, and Sooley, are real. Thank you for yet another wonderful story!
Pretty great book mate. Great job!
Here is an idea for your next book: Keith Zane Doolin, innocent man on death row at San Quentin. Proved innocent by innocent project. State of California will not release him. Why? French company did a documentary but US will not let it be seen here. Why?
good
You are such a talented writer. I just started reading your books. Thank you for enriching my life immeasurably.
I listened to Sooley, I felt like he was real. I was hoping he was real. Thanks 🙏
Reading and enjoying Sooley now! Thank you, Mr. Grisham!
You are my absolute favorite writer who inspired me… a little girl who didn’t know she had dyslexia tendencies was embarrassed to read in front of her class I never read a book all the way through until after high school… The day that I picked up a time to kill… and then saw it on screen. I knew I wanted to share stories. I have the best current investigation story to share of the side shenanigans of a Tennessee predator hunter that you would be The best to write from your beautiful perspective… But I’d love to share my perspective and maybe we could collaborate lol this is a big one going on right now. I wish I could share more of this post

I highly recommend A Time for Mercy....it is great. Only issue I had was how fast it ended, and how everything wrapped up nicely.
I just finished the last page and had to come looking for anything I could find and stumbled upon this. I love John Grisham novels and I love MM as Jake Brigance, I pictured him the entire time I was reading.
Mr. Grisham, I just listened to one of your interviews from over in the Uk and I will say that I do appreciate you being honest about dealing with racism. Some white people especially from your generation would never admit they are racist. I just hope that you continue to work on your understanding of not just black people, but anyone of a different race. I have read many of your books and I enjoyed them very much. The first one was "The Chamber" and later I saw the movie. What I do love is, when a movie is made from one of your books, it is as close to the book as possible. I absolutely hate it when the movie veers so far away from the book that you can't even recognize it. I have actually walked away from movies like that. After I read "The Chamber," I was hooked. I read 12 of your books consecutively. I haven't read any of your books in about eight years because I had cataracts so I couldn't read much of anything. I plan to start again as soon as I decide which book I want to read next. Will "The Street Lawyer" ever be made into a movie? It is one of my favorites. Well, I guess I have talked enough but I would like to leave you with one last thought. This is not just for you, but for every white person that I have heard say this: We don't want to be tolerated! We want to be respected and accepted for who we are, just like you do. I say that with all due respect!
Very well said! Thank you.
Thank you for sharing

Mr. Grisham, I have been an avid fan from your first published piece of amazing work many years ago. I just finished reading Sycamore a second time and have to confess that even 2nd time around it was still a totally satisfying read! You are a true inspiration to follow as a reader with each new work becoming a page turning event. Over time I have reread many of your stories and find myself discovering new understanding of the depths of a character like Jake Brigance! Your complete book collection is one of the few material things I hold dear and hope to continue reading your stories as long as the good Lord allows me that privilege! I will never meet you but wish I could. Many many thanks for providing a delightful element of my life.
