Edge Technologies has been making waves in CNC lathe automation for nearly 40 years, with over 19,000 successful installations!
They were pioneers in integrating 12-foot magazine bar feeders into Swiss-style lathes, and if you’ve ever run a Swiss machine, you know that keeping things running smoothly is an art form.
Their introduction of telescopic noses was a game-changer for performance and safety. Over the years, Edge Technologies has continuously refined its product line, ensuring that manufacturers have access to the most reliable and advanced automation solutions.
Their lineup of bar feeders is impressive, offering something for everyone. The Rebel 80 Servo Unloader is compact but mighty, featuring user-friendly software, servo-controlled positioning, and an intuitive touchscreen interface.
The FleXsys LE is a dream for anyone handling long shaft jobs, while the Ranger 112 comes equipped with a double pusher, dual anti-vibration devices, and a gripper system that ensures precise bar insertion and remnant extraction.
And then there’s the Scout 320, designed to handle various bar stock profiles with polyurethane guide channels that make vibrations a thing of the past.
The company’s rapid growth led to a major milestone in 2024-the opening of their brand-new headquarters in Maryland Heights, Missouri.
The new 113,500-square-foot facility is built for the future, with 40,000 square feet of production space featuring a 20-ton crane, 60,000 square feet of dry storage with 40-foot ceilings, and 13,500 square feet of sleek, modern office space. With a layout designed for collaboration, Edge Technologies is setting the stage for the next era of CNC automation.
Beyond the U.S., Edge Technologies is eyeing significant growth in Mexico, a country experiencing a manufacturing and technology boom. With Mexico’s IT industry growing at an average of 10% annually and over 12,900 tech companies already thriving, the demand for high-precision automation solutions is skyrocketing.
With a relentless commitment to innovation, an ever-expanding product line, and a brand-new headquarters designed for the future, Edge Technologies is proving that automation is the cornerstone for every machine shop!

Back in 2018, REGO-FIX Group India started with a single individual. One person, one desk, and probably a whole lot of explaining to do about why toolholding matters more t...

That's a hot big heart on thumbnail
all the big companies of the globe should invest and share the technology with indians so that world can be made a better place to live.
INDIA should have hundreds of these Foundries; in all 28 states; highest quality products for india and the world.. forging; with Ai. incorporated; and Robotized too.
Good job bro... 🎉
Wow, it is such a nice explanation from Ms.Suzette Mendez👍👍👍
Just out of curiosity, I clicked this video and I loved it and the interesting conversation style description of India's biggest machine manufacturer and one which competes globally . I particularly liked how Suzette has a certain pride in her narrative !!
very interesting to see India rising to its potential particularly in high precision engineering. This interview reflects many of my own conclusions, having been taught hand scraping for a surface table i had to make during my engineering apprenticeship 60+ years ago. And the difference between 'mother' machines that are good enough to create parts for other machines. I recently moved our factory production from China to India and can confirm India has this incredible opportunity to take over this sector. We went from traditional manufacturing to completely cnc production of sheet metal, tube and shifted away from massive presses and roll forming for our needs. Result is lower tooling, faster delivery, smaller customised runs, and generally a more adept and agile manufacturing resource. This is so good to see. I suggest anyone concerned about China should explore this country. Being much smaller we can't integrate as much as they have but we have found suppliers of key parts which eclipse what we could ever do in China even after 20 years. India now has to step up and equal the infrastructure that China has, but signs are that this is happening more quickly than i thought.
We are using their LATHE for 24 years on two shift basis & the m/c is still in very good shape.
More colonization of the WEST in the global south , get scre*wed India. Its like cheap manpower fodder for Western corporations and their profits, at the same time not allowing Indian corporations to use the same workforce. At the same time they put you in chains and deport you back to your "third world" India.
excellent💘💘💘💘❤
Foundry in india and that too in Bangalore. For xport or import or global sales or just manufacturing. Unless you go to work somewhere you won't know people. You know how many. CEO deo meo product manager PM SM sales manager... Extra education for higer up qualifiers.
❤👍
Machine tools are vital for a developing country. U.S. industrial management has many insights for Indian industry. Such American industrial investment in India also secures a diversity of Supply Chains. The U.S. Lady Manager explained it well to relevant questions raised by the American Interviewer. Business is clearly good.
India was the most developed and civilised country in the world and the British and other colonies came and forcibly bought it into a beggars bowl but now it is New India we are back in the world race Bravo India
Great 👍🏻😊
Heard that before, nobody cares what you were in the past. Move on, rise again.
@@JV-nt9bpThis has become such a cliché and so self boasting! Please stop it. Let others speak about it and be humble. Fellow Indian!
No one's gonna talk about those massive juggers😂
Bengaluru nice.
8:22 some sort of fighting
Not a real fight, employees having fun
They are trying to show good working atmosphere 😁😁
And if it wasent for british tools being sold to india the would not be able to manufacture and leve the uk dead to poroduction.
Suzette needs some machining herself
Great to see ADS and AMS making world class machines
Is this listed company ?
Indian manufacturing process is baddest on earth 😂😂😂
why u guys came to india, for cheap labour !! why not in ur own country do some *** hand scraping !! maybe ur folks r much good at hand*** than hand scraping !!
It’s beautiful to see the scale at which ACE is operating. To those commenting otherwise, try finding reasons to be happy about others’ progress for once.
So nobody noticed 8:23?
😂
Yesss
There is some sort of fighting
Not really, but in friendly manner
Indian abusing language n thappad art😂
Wow! Cant wait to invite you in my factory.
i built a old milling machine into vmc machine with three separate servomotor for each axis and revised bkt and angular contact bearing , ball screws adn rail guide for for low cost machining as well as laser cutting machine
Cool👌
Hand scraping is an art. To create the perfect geometry and to have the right contact surface in machine tools.
Any monkey can scrape a casting, only a skilled technician can do it correctly...
I thought there was no food in India....
Apparently there is plenty...
Maybe visit India and watch the numbers of temples that feed people for free...of course there are places everywhere around the world where poverty and no food is still a crisis, so why point finger only on India?
Ah , a mandatory in bred red neck in the comments
We export Rice, pulses, wheat etc etc etc... so plenty of food there. DM us if your resources dries us!!!😜
😂😂 ur food might be imported from India
Get the Biax Scrappers and Flakers and save your back.
That guy was digging a hole...
Really cool to see the progress and development of Indias local cnc machine tool manufacturers. I’m curious about quality and longevity of these machines.
"All those guys in white? Total script. No way I’m going near those machines in white-10 years in manufacturing, and I can smell fake workers from a mile away!" 😆
None of this is scripted so you might want to check your sniffer. Hahaha
Maybe, do some research why people in southern India love whites, before you start comparing and judging 😅. They don't mind washing off the dirt...😂
ACE Machine.... i am using this brand ...its nice every machine is come out with scrap and one more company is there that company name is BFW...that is nice in quality and durability like ACE

So this is a 21 minute ad, in essence.
Based on that thought process, every factory tour or every story told, could be considered an ad. In this case, more of a tour than an ad, in my opinion.
So be it. What’s wrong with that?
Absolutely right
Are you sure what you mean.... Don't watch next time
To you, a pregnant woman is an ad for pampers.
Hey Tony! It's Victor Hernandez! Love this tour and the facility. Every machinist should know Carr Lane! What really caught my interest is how many female mfgs. work there and how many microfiber towels are laying around. I wonder why so many towels? LOL!
Can you connect with Macpower CNC?

🎉😂8 hi😊😊
Women don't respect much less desire men that work with their hands. It's not that your not smart enough it's that you don't come from money and can't afford to take 8 years off work after high school to sit in a class room to become a doctor or lawyer.
More Indian factory floors please! This is awesome.
This is fantastic, thanks for the tour of the floor!
We love the quality of this company, I used it in my early days (1979 and forward), and I hear it is still some of the best tooling components you can buy, no they are not cheap, but they should not be. Great American pride. Lance.
Thanks, nice video!
