HOW TO BE SAVED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE SCRIPTURES 4 beliefs - 1 Cor 15:1-8 (what we believe to be saved; v. 2 proves the list in 3b-8 is both necessary and sufficient) 1 action - Rom 10:9-13 (what we do to be saved, emphasized 3 times) The specific, single, saving work comes as a direct and natural result of believing the four facts about what Christ did to save us (which makes it correspond to what James talked about, which seems to divide us, but doesn't actually need to) - Rom 10:14a This work is not the works of the Law, but a physical extension of the reality of our belief. And yes - again - it's literally the single, one-time work in conjunction with the ongoing faith (1Co15:2) that saves us. Look at the Romans passage again if you don't believe me - it's emphasized 3 times in one little passage!

The late pastor HMS Richards was attributed with saying, if the barn needs painting...in reference to women wearing makeup. I wear foundation and a bit of concealer because i have unflattering skin with some breakouts and feel like it's more distracting if i don't cover it up. I'm not likely to lead anyone down the wrong road by doing so. I'm definitely appalled by what has crept into our churches, such as tattoos that the wearer says are ok because it's a Bible verse or a cross. There's definitely biblical input on that one. What does Mrs. White have to say on the subject? I think she's more about health and practicality. Modesty/immodesty is fairly subjective, but you kind of know it when you see it, right?

question. if sin cannot exist in the presence of God, and Christ being God, how could they, the wicked, survive if we live and rule on earth with Him on earth for a thousand years? if we, those of us who believe and are saved, will have bodies like His, even greater than Moses' when he came from the mount and had to wear a veil because of the brightness that shone from his face, how could the wicked still be alive? they can't.

I'm praising the Lord for Pastor Doug... This subject is hardly shared in our churches. Pastors must address this topic in all churches and also to the candidates for the baptism. We are given a divine counsel with regard to this subject.. The Pastor’s Work. Candidates who have grown to manhood and womanhood should understand their duty better than do the younger ones; but the pastor of the church has a duty to do for these souls. Have they wrong habits and practices? It is the duty of the pastor to have special meetings with them. Give them Bible readings, converse and pray with them, and plainly show the claims of the Lord upon them. Read to them the teaching of the Bible in regard to conversion. Show what is the fruit of conversion, the evidence that they love God. Show that true conversion is a change of heart, of thoughts and purposes. Evil habits are to be given up. The sins of evil-speaking, of jealousy, of disobedience, are to be put away. A warfare must be waged against every evil trait of character. Then the believing one can understandingly take to himself the promise: “Ask, and it shall be given you.” Matthew 7:7..... One of the points upon which those newly come to the faith will need instruction is the subject of dress. Let the new converts be faithfully dealt with. Are they vain in dress? Do they cherish pride of heart? The idolatry of dress is a moral disease. It must not be taken over into the new life. In most cases, submission to the gospel requirements will demand a decided change in the dress. There should be no carelessness in dress. For Christ’s sake, whose witnesses we are, we should seek to make the best of our appearance. In the tabernacle service, God specified every detail concerning the garments of those who ministered before Him. Thus we are taught that He has a preference in regard to the dress of those who serve Him. Very specific were the directions given in regard to Aaron’s robes, for his dress was symbolic. So the dress of Christ’s followers should be symbolic. In all things we are to be representatives of Him. Our appearance in every respect should be characterized by neatness, modesty, and purity. But the word of God gives no sanction to the making of changes in apparel merely for the sake of fashion, that we may appear like the world. Christians are not to decorate the person with costly array or expensive ornaments. The words of Scripture in regard to dress should be carefully considered. We need to understand that which the Lord of heaven appreciates in even the dressing of the body. All who are in earnest in seeking for the grace of Christ will heed the precious words of instruction inspired by God. Even the style of the apparel will express the truth of the gospel. ~6T 95, 96

We going threw first half of tribulation

Today is the day of salvation come come for the time of my appearing is very near said the lord.

This what the lord spoke to me about the large hydren colider.They open two portals to hell in 2019 and now we waiting on the third portal to be opened it will release seven king sprit that going come onto the earth and get demons in order that came out the first two portal in order to fight against my church of philidolfia. This will beigin my wrath this will bring the end sooner like I told you in my word not one knows the hour of my coming.I was called chosen to be one the witness in sprit of Elijah. I am the anointed one I am the one all are looking for to come of the two witness. The two witness are here on earth waiting upon the lord command to give order to begin.

So how to be saved? Let's look only at Paul's answer to this because Paul gives us the most reliable answer and it is found in Romans 1:16 "For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek." Paul said we are saved by believing/accepting/receiving the gospel of Christ. So what is in the gospel of Christ? The gospel of Christ is found in 1 Corinthians 15:1-4 (KJB)

Let's make up our mind, if Christ who died in year 0033, did not die for our sins in ...2023, 2024, 2025, 2026... Then how can we be forgiven of all our sins? So is it our effort in repentance from our sins that will save us or is it our faith.... in Christ's effort, Christ's sacrifice for all our sins that will save us? So did Christ died for all our past present and future sins? The answer is Yes. So if Christ who died in year 0033 already died for all our sins, so is it our repentance to stop commiting sins that will caused us to be saved continuously? The answer is No. We are saved solely by trusting what Jesus has done for us at the cross. We are not saved by repenting from commiting sins

Let's make up our mind, if Christ never died for our future sins, then how then can our sins in 2025 be forgiven?

I didnt hear him reference Acts 2:36-39 anywhere in that.

whoaaaaaa wait a minute God does not love everyone. you sir need to go back to sem if you ever even gone to. God only loves his elect sons and daughters or the sheeps. all the people in the lambs book of life will be saved. he doesn't love pharaoh or esaw or the pharisees and so on. why because he will make his power known through them for the vessels of mercy,

Jesus made the way possible for men to be saved but thats not what saves you if you want to get technical about it. as a matter of fact Jesus out of his own mouth tells you how to be saved. and that is through the Holy spirit of God. Just like you have a physical birth you must have a spiritual birth and the holy spirit must quicken you and make you alive together with Christ. that is the only way a person is saved. PERIOD read John Chapter 3 where Jesus was talking to Nicodemus.

We need to make up our mind, either we are saved by repenting from our sins or saved by faith in what Jesus has done for us. Adopting both beliefs only caused confusion

Repent in Greek is metanoia, it means a change of Mind. (not actions). Hence repent could jolly well means, a non believer repent of his mind, and becomes a believer of What Jesus has done for him. New testament repentance is not about not doing certain things

We all deserve to go to hell. Romans 6:23. For the penalty for sin is death, physical death, BUT, (the good news) The GIFT of God is eternal life. No one can earn heaven. Jesus paid the debt of sin we owe God and set us free from the old law of sin and death. Second Corinthians 5:21 For He hath made Him, Jesus, who knew no sin, to be sin for us, so that we might be made the RIGHTEOUSNESS of God IN HIM. Second Corinthians 9:15. Thanks be to God for His UNSPEAKABLE GIFT, ETERNAL LIFE. Romans 4:5-8. Romans 3:26-28. John 3:18. Believers can no longer be condemned to hell, but UNBELIEVERS are condemned to hell already, because they have not believed on the name of the Son of God. Galatians 2:21. I do not void the grace of God, (Romans 11:6) for if righteousness come by the law, then Christ is dead in vain. He has IMPUTED His perfect righteousness to our account. Romans 4:6. And His one blood sacrifice covers us from all sin. First John 2:2. And He is the propitiation for our sins, and not for ours only, but for the sins of the whole world. Acts 16:31.
