Triceratops wins extreme diff. It has a much better turn radius, absolutely massive horns (literally all it would have to do is force one through the tyrannosaurus’ chest or skull and the fight is over), is heavier (largest estimates for triceratops put it at as much as 11T for some super large individuals, average is roughly 8T though with sims variation depending on species), has a frill to protect its neck and has thicker skin.
