Be careful of Hydro. They are just repackaging Chinese products. They don’t even know the composition of some of their products. I asked them what PH and they didn’t know the answer. Their spray bottles are on Chinese sites for a couple of quid.

My gauge only goes quarter of the way up and then bounces up after letting off the throttle and the needle goes back down. I have a suspected Boost Solenoid issue.

Are the skirts covering the jacking points ??? I’ve seen on the newer Tiguan that you’ve got to cut them otherwise the car can’t be jacked up or the skirts will break

Great video and comes to show that there are things you can do yourself. My Alfa has the same issue and I was thinking of doing it myself, either to keep the car as a spare or or to sell on in full working order. If you remember, did you just apply new rivets to replace the drilled ones?

Hi there I'm binge watching your TT channel at the moment,I have a question and hope you can help,when you changed the gateway module behind the glove box did you have to code it or was it plug and play,I recently changed my stereo in my TT and the remote locking stopped working, I've changed the battery in the fob,it flashes red but the car doesn't respond and now my code reader can't read anything.

So how much was the bill you looked devastated bud can get the clocks repaired for about £80/£100 because it happens on all four focuses even shitty basic 1.6 petrol and diesel ones and the alternator could’ve been reconditioned for about 100 quid tops but the block mud is definitely a must must

Did you use 0w-30 and not 5w-30 ? Think older models were 5-30

JLR service intervals need to be ignored totally, with the chain issues on these junk engines I’d do oil change every 6/7k and hope for the best 👍

Hi pal not a criticism just about of advice it’s best to not put grease on the back of the pad as manufacturers put glue on the back of them to help them stick to the caliper piston by adding the grease to the back of it you’re taking away the opportunity for the pad to stick to the piston

Just undo the bottom bolt on the caliper and lift it up like a lid surely? And also, what about removing the cap on the brake fluid reservoir?

Mate that’s not good but at least it’s better then what happened to my mk2 st 3 weeks before Ford fair I lost the cam belt so it put mine out if action so I had to go in my daughter mk6 festa st’ish 😢

Ah mate , sorry to hear of this experience 😢 whenever I've went to ford fair we've always stayed like 10 mins away from it and always left at 6.30 in the morning to get in and parked up for 8. On a positive note at least it wasn't a cracked liner or gearbox gone. Rs clutch upgrade is not cheap and I've yet to do it also and mines slips more when it's warm and unter heavy load. Good decision not to have went out on track as you'd probably have damaged it severely and would have been a miserable drive home. Keep at it mate and come back when you're ready to get at it. I'm nursing mines down to ford fest from Scotland in a few weeks 😂

Did your wire kit.have 4 pins on one end and 5 pins on the over as I got this kit and get a engine light and the wire kit as 4 pins both side but maf.as 5.pin
