Not necessarily, sometimes I buy balloons online, and other times I get them from balloon shops. But honestly, where I buy them isn’t that important. What matters is having good brands and fresh balloons. I usually use Qualatex or Sempertex balloons.

You could use a floral water pic.However, even though I know nothing about physics, I can pretty much guarantee you, the balloon is not floating, it's deflating. . Blow up a balloon and let it go. Any balloon. . It's gonna fly for a minute. The pic (or tube) simply allows the air to leak out a little bit slower. That's all. You aren't gonna decorate for prom with these.
