PHOEBE CALENDARS ARE HERE! I mean 2025 SBACC calendars!
"The 2025 SBACC Cat and Dog Calendars are here! The calendars are $17 for one or $15 each for two or more. They can be purchased at the shelter during business hours starting Saturday, December 7!
You can also pay online by clicking on the "DONATE NOW" button at the bottom of the website or the direct Paypal link below!
If you select this option, be sure to let us know whether you want cat, dog, or both and how many of each in the "Add a note" section of the donation. If you have trouble entering this info on the payment link, you can send it to contact@sbacc.org via email.
Up to three can be mailed for a flat rate of $10, and four or more for $17.
You can also mail a check for the order (including postage) to SBACC, 1700 Adolfo Lopez Drive, Seal Beach CA 90740. Let us know how many calendars you want, dog or cat, and include a mailing address."

--- Phoebe is a very particular cranky old lady and will let you know when she's displeased...which is often. I can't move when she's sitting on me or she WILL get mad, even if my leg's about to fall off. When she's not being cranky she's just a huge love and will climb all over me and rub her drooly face on me and would sleep right up in my face for hours if she had the chance. I love her so much and I would do anything for her. She's amazing.
She's around 17 years old, has kidney disease, and is on several medications but she's still going strong and she's making sure everyone knows she's still here!
I'm one of the lucky few people she likes. She'll ignore everyone else unless she thinks they have treats so if you wanna win her heart you better hand em over!
I would adopt her myself but she hates other cats and would probably eat mine and I'm not allowed any more cats even if I could make it work. So I pamper her while I'm there and hope someone who loves sassy opinionated lovebugs comes by and sees how great she is (and hopefully she approves of them too!)
"Hi, I’m Phoebe. I was rescued from the street and brought to SBACC. I had mange so I wasn’t in the best of shape. It took about a month but I’m finally all better and looking good. It’s taking me a while to get used to life at SBACC. I didn’t like being around so many other cats, so I was moved to a room where I could be away from them and I feel much better! I will need to be an only cat and will need a quiet home with someone who will have patience and give me lots of time to adjust to a new life."
