go for the eight quart, like me one day you will find you needed it, one thing l dislike is cleaning around the rim it needs to be wider so you can clean it easier, l have to use a childs toothbrush,
Yeah maybe I should have. Yep I never like the cleaning part for anything haha but I do find the instant pot to be much easier than most others.
Thanks! So great!
You’re welcome
Lucky bro. As a bald guy watching, I find you lucky in your genetics. Next time you complain of a bad hair day or it being difficult to handle, remember some of wish we even HAD hair to be dismayed of. Great hair, dude.
Thanks man 🙂🙏🏽 I’m very grateful each day. We only really appreciate things once we don’t have them anymore but having that awareness can help remind us.
The original instant pot did not automatically close that vent and it was hard to tell if it was closed. I bought the Pro for that feature alone.
Oh really, then I’m glad they resolved that issue in the pro.
@@hemalmistry Me too!!!!
Are you going to try carnivore next?
Probably not but I do have a balanced diet now. Thanks for the idea though.
could make a video on job opportunities in Australia? What are your thoughts on british pharmacists moving there?
I’ll have a think about that one but it’s a good idea. 👍🏽 I believe pharmacists are on the skilled occupation list for Australia so there’s a good chance.
How is Chippy now? I'm planning to buy an aquarium set up at Kmart too. Did you buy a light for it? How is the filter after 5 months?
The filter has been working great. I didn’t get a light for the tank. Unfortunately, Chippie passed away last month as he had reached old age. Good luck with the aquarium, the Kmart tank and accessories have worked well.
Thanks for the informative and well presented video. Subscribed!
Glad you found it helpful, thanks for subscribing 🙂
@hemalmistry It was genuinely helpful. And Happy New Year to you!
Interesting. I have been using chat gpt. I just don't know how to have an oral conversation like you did. Do I need to download an extra app?
No extra app required, just make sure the app is updated and you select the audio/voice button in the bottom right corner.
I eat 80% raw living in cold Germany. The cooked foods I eat are beans and tofu. I started the diet because I am overweight and have a skin autoimmune condition. I feel fine on this diet. When it gets warmer I will go completely raw, probably in June first.
That’s great that’s it’s been working well for you, hope it continues that way and you get the results you desire. 🙂
Great video thanks :) from a British person
Appreciate it, thanks. 🙂
This one definitely does look high in quality
I’ve been very happy with it 🙂
Good content mate! Keep going!
Thanks for the support 🙂🙏🏽
You're Amazing!! Definitely trying to get out of my mind. You're such a down to earth guy. I can relate to everything you say. Hugs
Awh thank you, that’s very kind of you to say. ☺️ You must be going through a lot too, it’s a tough journey but I’m hoping it will continue to improve for us both. Reprogramming the mind can create huge shifts with pain and symptoms. Wishing you the best with it all. 🙏🏽
@hemalmistry 🙏🥰
You sound exactly like me wow
This is a great video! Thank you for sharing your journey. I'm embarking on a healing journey, as well! So excited! Many blessings to you!!
It makes smile 😃 that you found this video helpful, thanks so much for letting me know and wish you the best on your healing journey. 🙏🏽
My hair is exactly same as you and I am an indian i also relized my hair is wavy when I grow out my hair i was also looking for a hair care routine thank you
It’s strange how it becomes wavy when it grows longer. I’m glad you found this video to help. 🙂🙏🏽
Don't understand your issue with recharging the keyboard, you can use it whilst it is recharging... so the ONLY "inconvenience" is having to have a connected USB C cable in your cable management area that can be brought up and plugged in, just as you might for the contingency of charging/connecting any USB C device for whatever reason that isn't part of your daily drive e.g. an external drive, a bike light, a rechargeable stylus...
Battery life is a criteria for my workflow so I’m sharing my observations.
Thanks for replying. Your comment suggests that if the battery runs out you are stuck unable to continue working and have to wait for it to recharge. Appreciate that may be the case if you took the kbd away from your workstation and away from any charging option. But given it's heft most would consider it only for at a workstation/desk which would have power access.
Thanks, I just got my instant pot pro, this is the first recipe I tried 😋😀
That’s awesome 😃 Hope it turned out delicious 😋
Thanks for your videos! They make me want to immigrate to Sydney... I'm currently living in London and don't like the weather here...I have no family ties in the UK as they are in China.. Now I just need to look into how to get pass the points based system. I'm an ACCA qualified accountant, hopefully i'm still eligible
You’re welcome 🙂, I’m glad you’re finding them helpful and are enticed to move yourself. I don’t blame you, I’m so glad to be away from UK weather, the sun makes such a big difference here ☀️. It’s good that you’re making a start into researching what’s required to migrate, hopefully your skill set is what’s required here which seems likely. Perhaps come for a year on a working visa if you fit the age criteria, to see what’s it’s like. Good luck with it all.
Hey cutie ❤ Which suburb of Sydney u live in tho

You seem like a nice man but if you talk about aussies in a bad way you will get destroyed on line. You gotta in brace Aussie culture. And many other things. Enjoy Australia.
I think Aussies are great, some of the friendliest people I’ve met, and I agree, parties are fun.
Thank god, a real review using real measurements instead of archaic ounces
😂 Much appreciated 🙏🏽
My hair is 2c thick low porosity do ubhave any tips and should i use leave in conditoner everyday?
You could use leave in conditioner on the days you wash your hair and try applying curl cream to give it more moisture.
Disappointed I can't use Vacuum attachments yet on it
Vacuum on a blender??
@hemalmistry yeah Vacuum blender. Some use special void lids and others it's built into the device like the Kuvings CB1000. Whole point of them is to reduce or totally remove the oxidation caused in blending that usually dilutes a blend. There's quite a surprising difference in both colour and taste of a vacuum blended mix vs a non vacuum blended mix.
@@hemalmistry The perfect anti-oxidation vacuum blending minimize the oxidation and less bubble foamed. Professional Auto Vacuum Blender CB1000 of Kuvings
It's a great keyboard but it has one major flaw: the intelligent Backlight! It immediately turns off after being inactive even if you rest your fingertips on the keys. That is very annoying because backlight is only useful in dark light conditions. But when it turns off just after typing the last letter you have first to touch the key board for turning on backlight again before following on with typing. That makes me crazy. I contacted Logitech support but there is no option available to adjust the time after inactivity when intelligent backlight should turn off. That makes the whole thing useless
That sounds very frustrating. Hopefully you found a more suited keyboard.

Did you get any benefits from MM or being raw?
Initially I thought I did but they were so minor compared to my current approach, I now realise that it wasn’t the protocols that were making a difference, it was all down to the mindset shift I needed so I’ve doubled down on that and I’m gaining real progress now. I honestly wish I didn’t follow dietary protocols for as long as I did.
@@hemalmistry I agree. MM I feel is good for skin issues but anything having to do with nervous system I don’t think it’s super helpful. It may bring down some inflammation if a person is on a SAD diet. I think if nervous system regulation techniques were incorporated with these protocols I think people would see more improvements. Well it’s better late than never, I’m glad you’re finding some healing.
@@hemalmistry did you try the herbal tinctures too? The herbs make me so sick. They taste so bad as well.
Yeah I did, another thing I wish I didn’t waste my money on.
Hemal, this is amazing! Very useful information and I’m actually using this technique at the moment. It’s only day 2 and I'm sure it’ll only easier as time goes on. Really happy that it’s working for you.
Hi Sheena, that’s really good to hear, keep at it, don’t buy into the thoughts that bring you down. Keep learning how your body is structurally fine and the pain all stems from a misinformed brain. You can do this 💪🏽
Go to Melbourne, lots of black people there.
Feel Free to ask me any questions.
No place in the world which is occupied by humans is 100% safe. But we do okay here. Ethnic migration only works when it is assimilative. Non assimilative, non skilled migration brings the many problems we see in Britain, the US and all of Europe. Migration from Africa is extremely small because the skill set from that part of the world brings little or no net benefit.
I was reading The Power of Your Subconscious Mind, and I'm just so fascinated by how our brain works; whatever you tell it, it does. Hope you get better soon Hemal
Yeah it’s really fascinating! It’s great that you’re learning this knowledge, it’ll make such a big difference in your life going forwards. Appreciate your support Abhi 🙏🏽
Good tips. Thank you
You’re welcome 🙂

Backward processes compared to the UK? How about requiring the postman to enter the premises to deliver letters in the UK? Australian postmen serve their dwindling number of deliveries on motorbikes covering a run of many more houses.
Yes, that’s much more efficient. 👍🏽
