@niflap Thats true. Bambi was born in the spring and his mother was shot at the begining of spring the next year. Bambi should have been a year old by then and all his spots gone. Its a very cute movie, but it doesn't fit the facts

@velcho1969 This is a movie, but in reality population control becomes an issue when theres too many. You either have deer season each year, or hit them on the roads. Which can kill people. So what sounds more reasonable?

if the last scene was when he lost his mommy I would have just lost it. Nice vid, very emotonal. I also like the scene where he and his mom are playing in the meadow.
