This is an easy 4X at this price. Might go lower before, but that doesn't matter. If you're a short term momentum trader BABA is a scary company. Geopolitical risk is undefined and over hyped. Anyone who thinks this can fail has no idea how to evaluate companies based off of financials. They have enough cash to pay off all debt and still have $30 cash per share. On top of that, at this price, (not including their cash) the price is 10 to 1 current Free cash flow. No American mega cap stock is anywhere near this cheap.

I think Carnival is never a buy. Their fundamentals are consistently poor. Like their negative earnings for the past 4 out of 5 years. They've also increased their shares outstanding by 82% over the same period. They're also on a 10 year downtrend. I made a video on my channel showcasing their current value.

This didnt seem to go well. BABA is now traded at $73. What most people underestimate is that BABA is Chinese company, and Chinese commnuist government can regulate whatever they want. You can't evaluate stock that is in communist environment the same way as US Stock. Geopolitical risks are way too big for rewards
