Around town there isn't much drone. On the highway there is a bit around 3k.

No it does not. The catback starts at the test pipe but does not include it. The car currently has a Tomei test pipe on it, but in this video it does not.

what it mean 'catback' in the name of the exhaust?
The exhaust is essentially from the "catalytic converter" back to the end. In the GTR it means that the exhaust spans from the test pipe all the way to the exhaust tips.
