SonneMondSterne 2005 - First place in Flash & Sexy Video Contest
In the sunny summer of 2005 my buddy Ronny and I created a video for a contest called Flash & Sexy. It was the first video contest of the electronic music festival SonneMondSterne. Luckily we won the first place.

This video shows my biggest journey so far, the Mount Everest Base Camp trek. I went from Kathmandu, then 6 hours with the bus to Mantali, from there I took the airplane to Lukla (2850m). Then the actual trail started. I hiked to Phakding, Namche Bazaar, Phortse, Pheriche, Lobuche, Gorak Shep, EBC. That are 45km and 2450m altitude difference from Lukla. Thanks for sharing your experience, great video! I am planning to be there may 2020. I am also into drones, Do you need an special permit to fly them there? And I imagine wind and cold conditions were hard!!!

Thanks Sumit. Yeah, that was awesome sitting there on top of this mountain and have this 360° view with Mount Everest on the left. Maybe it is an appetizer to do this trek on your own? 😊When I can do it, then you can do it easily..
