I mean the firebomb launcher not the grenade launcher.

I thought it had to be done with the Pulse Rifle grenade launcher because I swear I'd done it with that in the first mission when a bunch of aliens crawl through the small opening in the boreded up wall after the med bay.

Yeah, it was the most intense 10-15 minutes of my life. Im never going to get over it, I'll probably have to go to a psyche ward or adopt 2 penguanas and some termice so I can have termite mice in an aquarium and watch them chew bark and run up a wheel so I can feel like I'm needed... Or just thumb surgery. But probably kitty beavers.

Later in the game they become Nightmare Prowlers, I don't know exactly when. Try playing till you get done with the Lostlight part of the game then come back and try the glitch again:)... I was like 50 hours in and about to finish the game when i found this, so just keep playing and fast travel back till they have that ice attack... Hope this helps :)

Its all about the Soul splitter!!! Use Soul splitter and let them hit you... Then go back to original form...
