No as per various puranas... The exact Exact location of Bhimashankar is a debated subjec....BHIMASHANKAR is located in PUNE (Most Famous) one... But as per SHIVA PURANA... BHIMASHANKAR is located in DAKINI Area.... This one is in Guwahati... But as per LINGA PURANA by VEDVYAS, it is near Mahendragiri of ODISHA

Thank you for your question. This is essential newborn care for normal newborn who cry immediately after birth, which is already mentioned in the video. For normal newborn, we don't require suction. And we assume that baby is vigorous and having good APGAR score. These steps are as per the Government of India guidelines.
