I agree to a certain if you are higher of the letter as a consultant actually your life is pretty a breeze but if you're higher up the level as like a CEO if you go through each department and you make sure those departments are on point your life is easier but unfortunately we have a lot of people that are in these management positions starting from supervisor manager director who do not know how to lead who do not know how to equip the people and yes your day will be with work with emails with budgets when you got a team that's in place life is easier but unfortunately we don't have those type of people in place so how are you going to lie to you are correct The more stress you are the more appointments but you don't have to be at all places in every place as a consultant as a freelancer you actually have more time on your hand if you managed it properly like if you want to work 4 days that week you working for days you want to work 3 days you work 3 days you just have to prioritize it and put place like I never rush anything you want me there in a week that's not happening you got to give me two weeks so I need time to look over it I need to have time to plan I need time to take care of things I never jump that's what I realized my time is important and I treat my time as it's important and priority number one now if you're going to double triple pay me I might be able to be for what I've noticed people do everything on their time and when it's convenient for them so I do it on my time and whether I miss out the opportunity I do miss out that opportunity but I believe in having a piece of mind I believe in having family time especially seeing my mother she's older so I try not to miss a beat there and taking care of myself and taking care of the community to get back but I will never sacrifice my schedule to be somewhere else for money because money is not that important to me because I've done that spiritual walk and I've done that community service and I get just as much as a reward is helping somebody with getting no pp as I do with making

23:03 I think that's a lot of people's story now. I left my church and organized religion in 2020/2021 because of some things I noticed and questions I began to ask. I don't refer to myself as a Christian due to how muddy the waters are with it, but I am a believer in God and Jesus Christ - I'm in a place of trying to unlearn all the toxic stuff. What has been the most difficult for me is truly having peace with it because there is a level of guilt that comes with trying to resolve the conflict I'm trying to address in my spirit so that I can be confident in my own, revised beliefs as an adult.

There are car alarms with apps that advise the owner remotely. Part of the problem is regular car alarms go off so frequently when nothing is going on that the owners just ignore it. It is very irritating.

So my alarm just goes off everytime i open my door. Its i wire that wrong. I could unhook the wire but my turn signal wont work. Or i could go try and get it fixed with the money i dont have...or i could keep up with what im doing. Which is just fuck it, ill annoy my neighbors for a hot min. 🤔
