Don't worry . There is no bond. The bond will be active only if vacancies are there, but all jobs for doctors in govt are getting filled so there will be no need for bond👍

If you want to explore a metro city like Chennai you can choose kilpauk. Stanley and MMC are the best hospitals in the north of tamilnadu Similarly south Tamil Nadu ku madurai is the best. Stanley= madurai when compared to hospital care
