Sorry for the craptastic audio. All I have right now is the mics built into my laptop and they are terrible!
XZS 30 fet controller

I don't know any specs from XZS, but based on the components... 28S, 114.8v and 600 phase amps are probably about right.

do they use adc 1 and adc 2 for throttles?
Hello Sr. Can you tell me what to look at, when the charger detect volt wrong for an inserted bat? i mean i put a 3.5V 18650 and device thinks it is 4.0v !! where is this volt detection, maybe inside firmware? a volt divider what do you think? thks inad
how can i add lug connectors for postive and negative
Thanks for the great tip!
Hello, my name is Ayub, I was watching your video and I wonder if there is a solution to use the car charger without a card because we lost the card?
Can it handle 22S MAX if no regen?
NJ you talking about the clown at Jetbikes?
I’ve managed to lock the speed at 50km using 644 method, and trying the same method doesn’t unlock it. I’ve also tried cutting the brown wire, to no avail. I’m wondering if you know if there is away to reset or reflash the controller to factory settings? The country I am in does not have a local supplier so am in a bit of a predicament
Hello. Your videos caught my attention. How do we know that this type of motor has 5 pole pairs? How do we know that it also has a V magnet?
Hello. Could you please tell me how to remake the Fardriver controller for the hall sensor to an encoder? If you could share such information, you could easily be given a monument.
I need to replace the usb port (looks like it’s got a lot of use and they weren’t gentle) is there any way to replace the micro usb slot?
Could you tell me what needs to be changed on the Fardriver controller to convert the Hall version to an encoder?
If I could post a picture in the comments section of my leg from one that ran away in my pocket I would lol.
I got to this video because I too, had my doubts on the accuracy of Lii-600 internal resistance readings. Compared against Measured against dedicated internal resistance meter SM8124a. Seems the Lii-600 will display ONLY about 4 discrete values....one value being 117milliohms.
Thank you for your helpful video, to sum it up, High mode: 5.65V, 4.A, 27W, Medium mode: same V, 2.1A, 11W, Low mode: same V, 1A, 5.6W.
I have the Spintend 85/250, Do you know anyone who has a smooth running hub motor like a qs205 using this controller or any VESC. I have yet to find someone who can run VESC with ebike hub motors without a rough startup and acceleration when sensorless, and no info on HFI for large motors. They run well only at higher erpm
this guy is super underrated
I actually like the removable battery pack feature and I also like that it's not too big. This is exactly why I'm considering selling my Apollo for this scooter. My job decided to forbid bicycles and scooters in the building, I have been parking my scooter at a nearby bike locker but I can't charge my scooter there, so to be able to haul my battery to charge at work is a great feature. My apartment also has a beautiful bike room with no outlets and no elevators, so I have to haul my 60lb scooter up 8 floors of stairs to charge. This scooter pretty much alleviates all those problems. My biggest concern are those tubbed tires. I have no idea why they decided not to go with tubeless and I can see those popping consistently traveling at those speeds. Have you had any flats yet?
why do they use multiple 100uf instead of 2 1000uf? asking humbly not out of know-it-all-ness
I connected the power and phase wires and I tried to plug in the USB-C to my laptop so I can program it, but it does not recognize it. I do see the blue light blinking. Do you know what I need to do to make it recognize on my computer?
Comparing a 35-euro charger and a 100-euro charger is pointless.
Loved the breakdown of the 88P. Mine has been a pleasure to use for the last 5 years but, it finally stopped working. I cracked it open to find that the brushes were worn and the springs had no more tension. Cleaned up everything and stretched out the springs to provide more tension onto the brushes. Buttoned everything up and tested it. Ran smooth and much quieter too. However, I’d like to completely replace the brushes and springs but unfortunately haven’t had any luck finding replacements. You wouldn’t happen to know the actual size of the brushes when new as well as replacing the springs? Any links or resources to buy these parts would be amazing…
My menu past nucular 24f is nothing

I think this thing rocks. I cant find better FOC controllers for the money.
You're the steaming piece of crap, not the tester!
Nice video, thank you for making it. I need to replace the mosfets on my 75100 and was wondering if you coud recommend some decent to-220 with a low rdson.
Do you happen to have a video of taking a dragon apart?
This is very informative. I have a question for you though. What is the difference between the encoder version and hall version? And can the board be swapped out of one for the other? Or is the rotor different or whatever the sensor senses? I hope you are still active on this video
Wow I'd be really upset at whoever it was who made you go into business with that person. Maybe to get more views for this video you could advertise to drunk college kids to take a drink every time you say "STOLEN!" or "NEW JERSEY!"
I hope the manufactures are listening to you video and should welcome your diligence, as I do.
It is only today, after wanting to end a mesage for a few weeks that I discover this disheartening news. Hope you find peace and finally rest my dear friend.
hi, I bought a new QS138 motor and took it apart and I couldn't stop wondering, the ends were crimped and only a couple of wires were touching.. so everything was cleaned of every hair and soldered with tin. I don't understand how they can make it for that money, then the motors burn out that way productions.
The 12F is a great little controller just wish I could program in a little more bunch off bottom end. Top end is great.
for 26 dollar is a xp70 realistic😊
I need help. my mom cant use paypal wee live in norway what flash loght under 50 and under 30 has lpngest throw plz help me i need to shine far aways or i cant see the zo,bi😊
Hi I need to fix my x-9000 controller
Rest in peace Richard Gumfaw, you will be missed.
@13:56 I notice this has a pair of shunt resistors for each phase. Obviously it can be used to tell the controller the phase current of each phase, but does it also get the sum of the phase current and use that to determine DC current and limit it, instead of having a single dedicated DC current sense? Im asking because I have a ebike made with scooter parts, and this has a HobbyWing9044 controller set to 16a, and there seems to be nothing that can update it to the 20a max that controller support according to HobbyWing website. So I wanted to do a shunt mod but this has no easy to spot shunt wire, and I don’t see any suitable SMD shunt for it either. But from the batt (-) to the low side mosfets, each has a SMD shunt resistor (i think R002 but have to check again). So I’m wondering if you think it’s plausible that this uses those 3 shunts to measure total DC amps so the controller can limit it to 16a? Of so I plan to piggyback some R004 or so on each one, and beef up the mosfet busses, to shoot fot 20a-24a. I already tested my battery with my 72360 set for 25a and it never tripped and didn’t have excessive votings sag, so i think a mild +25% shunt mod will give me the acceleration I need without affecting top speed cruise amps.
does it also work on nami burn nfc? thank you for the answer
Rest In Power my Dear friend Richard😪😔may the Good Lord welcome you with open arms. You will always be a LEGEND in the PEV community.
oh mate, details eh. I have the list!
RIP my friend - Aliens will have to wait. I will miss you so much.
Any possible solution for throttle issue? My 72360 is not beeping when the throttle is disconnected
Storms (not limited) also blow up. Thanks for that analysis!
Everyone! I personally know the channel owner and am sad to say that he is no longer with us..
We have lost a real legend.
Que pasó??
Hi I opened mine up and it's fully potted. Trying to see what side the 5v hall sensor area is. I don't get 5v output to my halls
Any ideas you talk about the 12v side and the 3.3v but nothing about 5v that goes to the hall sensors.
Hey been bingeing your videos all weekend! I really appreciate the thoughts and details. Working on an electric golf cart that had the electronics removed. I didn't even realize these were Axial motors! I am looking at the 1401 so I guess the next version after this. Should really work well vs the overprices ezgo AC junk. Throw in a high amp VESC style controller. Really appreciate all the details and info, it's hard to find this stuff online!
