LOL this house is so basic that it’s offensive. No one in their right mind will buy this. Ghana has so many basic architecture especially East Legon..just tacky stuff all over Accra. With $390k or less do you know you can buy your own land bigger than this and actually build your own house 50 times better and with better architecture. So why price it this much..cause of location ? This land is not even a full plot of 100x70. It’s 100x20! 😂 Wtf?! You must be joking!
Its a choice so if u dont have the money yes u can get cheaper land and build ur self. Real estate is about location. The land price determine the price of a house. U can get this same house else where in Ghana for 180k$ becaus the land is worth 5-10 k.

You're going to confuse viewers by posting an erroneously describing a 3 bedroomed apartment as a studio. A studiobis a one roomed dwelling
I was going type exactly that. How can a 3 bedroom be a studio? Well maybe the heard people using it so they gotta use it. A studio is just a room with which serves as a bedroom and a living room with kitchen, ensuite toilet and bath. It's equivalent to what we normally called single room self contain

Exterior looks good. Please, Please watch the videos of your competitors. Focus the camera on the areas of the house in question than on you. The house needs more esthetics improvement. Master bedroom is disappointing for a house of this size. Master bathroom is terribly inadequate.Bathtub/ jacuzzi? There should be a walk-in closet not a regular closet. For a $250,000 house it is poorly designed and lacks the necessary features that put it in that category. Grossly overpriced. Worth half as much.
