Nice run! And good to see the Spanish version to save the time. I agree that 1 second quicker is possible with the perfect spawns and movement but would be hard. Think I tried for 3 hours but couldn't get down to 1:21

Just realized that all this time u only have to keep 1 tree alive. Easily cheesable by using gaia forest in that one tree that has a small entrance.

Can you fight soma in this mode?

I played this game few days ago. I did not know of that thus part is not supposed to be done just with flying armor. I reached just jumping and gliding in the last moment before the stair start to make you go down. I get that ox soul (catopeblas, something like that) and petrified my way through the game! It makes farm disc armor soul so easy!

Is this a campaign mission? Or out of the 32 original missions?

If you want advice I would recommend practicing hypers/extended hypers and looking at runs in the sub 1:20 range for where to apply them. Other than that great progress!

nice run! if it's any help at all, when you first enter the red bubbles and kinda pause for a bit before moving, you can actually dash to get an early start. should help you shave off a few seconds!

Imagine being a speedrunner and thinking anyone outside their little community of weirdoes gives a damn about 4 seconds in a 20 year old game.
