Ah a fellow man of the culture - keep in mind that exercises should be mixed up, especially curl type lifts. As of now, Monday, Wednesday, Friday I include some type of curl movement and aim for 6-10 reps for 4 sets. On those days I’ll also do weighted chin-ups. This is usually a low rep activity. After the full chin ups I’ll do hangs where I pause for as much as 30 seconds at 1 of 3 points of the chin up lift. Either at the top, middle or near the bottom with full tension. It’s a home workout and has it’s limitations for growth. You’re always best with the progressive overload method as far as growth goes.

I find the neck the easiest to play out of any of my electric guitars, but that ease of play is enhanced by a custom string gauge and set up. This thing did not come setup to my preference…but has since become my favorite guitar. I’d consider getting a 6 string version some day as well.
