I love this video! Criminally underrated channel! Kirby Pinball Land was my first Kirby game, but yeah, it could have done so much more. When you fall all the way down, you have a chance to get back up if you press A just right, but the window of time is super small, so yeah, it kinda sucks

0:14 Incorrect. False. I am the superstar. I AM THE SUPERSTAR! This was ironically the last Mario Party game I played, not counting the games that came out after I played it. And I didn't like it at all, and felt the community was right to call it the rough first entry in an otherwise excellent era. But a few months ago I replayed all the boards and it all just clicked for me. The simplicity of its mechanics, the high speed of the gameplay, the emphasis on bonus stars, and overall brutality of the game all give it merit, and while it's still far from my favorite Mario Party...it's alright for what it is, and I'm sure I'll play it now and again. Wholly disagree on the minigames though, I think this game's minigames are pretty bad. Not bad enough to ruin the game or anything, but not good enough for me to play any of them outside of the boards. I mean, this is the one with the control stick spinning minigames, I think that deserves to at least be mentioned for the legitimate pain it causes to play them. I actually think the more recent Mario Parties have generally better minigames than the series' "golden era". Calling Wario's Battle Canyon the only board with actual mechanics scared me at first, but I then realized you didn't play the two unlockable boards. I would argue Luigi's Engine Room has actual mechanics and is the best of the starting boards IMO, but whatever. The unlockable boards are by far the most complex in the game. However, Eternal Star is garbage and all of the ways it is complex are horrendously done. Bowser's Magma Mountain on the other hand has always been my favorite board in the game. It started out as my choice for the "most tolerable" board when I disliked the game, then became a board I legitimately liked a lot, and eventually made it into my top 10, and I would now put it just outside my top 5 boards in the entire series. I don't want to make this comment way too long explaining why (I do have an explanation written out that I commented somewhere else if you are interested for some reason), so I'll just say that's it's a board built for Mario Party 1. Every single aspect of this game in particular makes the board that much better.

Robot 64+ also has a different moveset. The B button is replaced with a new Y button (on mobile), which does the same thing. The new B button tho makes for an additional jump... And also allows you to climb walls infinitly

I think Star Road is generally considered to be the first full hack that felt like a proper sequel to the original. The Green Stars is also another classic, I think. Good video anyway though.

It makes me sad that robot 64 and its fan games barley get attention but bad games on Roblox do good video

you could also try multiplayer on sm64 coop deluxe, you can connect on different screens, add mods, play with up to 16 people and its a little less broken

try kaizo robot 64, it's a fun game where you can torment yourself over a few ice creams! there are 54, and the 2 hardest ics are vlc (voidlands challenge) and fh (final homerun). i can assure you, this may be the hardest game on roblox aswell.
