this video has been floating in my brain since I first saw it, just. damn. perfect music choice for this movie, I feel it's almost from the perspective of the company, "everything in its right place" sounds so good doesn't it? but its backed up by these menacing synth chords, and sung almost like... it knows its doing the wrong thing, if that makes any sense. paired with the expert cinematography and framing of the OG movie... damn. the voice clips coming in. the intensity ramping up. til it's just Ripley peering out into the void of space hoping not to see a thing... damn.

You guys know all those low quality, oversharpened and with way too loud music edits on tiktok format? This is the exact opposite and this is what I think should be an Edit. Insanely well made. Perfect music choice to fit the tension. Perfect cuts with increasingly more tense moments synced to the song. And to end it with the beautiful voice over from the film and the ALIEN Logo is the cherry on top.

It's fast. It's too fast, it's beautiful and a great choice but way way way too fast. especially when you consider the film itself. Maybe you want to try a version which starts out with a cut every 3,5 sec and slow acceleration getting frantic towatds the end.
