Some additions I would make to your list are: the bison paddock and overlook, Maskinonge overlook (an important spiritual place to the Blackfoot), the Bear's Hump for a nice short hike, the BBQ pork sandwich at Trapper's, and huckleberry milkshakes at Big Scoop 😃

You definitely need to visit the Cpmox Valley which is the recreation capital of Canada. From beaches and forests to alpine parks and Mt. Washington ski hill. Also be sure to go to Hornby Island if you like the Hippy scene. Bit of an adventure to get there, but it earns it's nickname 'Little Hawaii"
