As much as everyone likes to shit on AMR, cause all complaints against them are valid, they are genuinely a shit company to work for, even talked to a friend who was an AMR EMT on the day of the Colorado Springs Club Q shooting who responded to it, the culture is shit, and understaffed due to the company being bad, but you also have to respect some AMR EMT's, they just wanna serve their local community, and their local community doesn't have another company running 911 apart from AMR, as either they don't have a Fire Department that has an Ambulance in their area, or it only runs ALS which only respondos when it's needed, with AMR providing BLS.

Thats a big response! Great work on all of them for working quickly! I understand this was for a pediatric call; living in the United States (not everywhere obviously, but at least where I live) if an adult stopped breathing here, the response would be much smaller, limited to one, or no police cars, one bls Ambulance and a FD's squad/service rig, and MAYBE an unmarked FP for traffic. After seeing this, Im so glad they were able to help that baby! I feel warmer knowing responses are bigger elsewhere, at lease for children! 🤍
