As a Leigh fan I found this fair and insightful. And I happen agree with you about our back line. I was at the Warrington game and saw enough to be optimistic.

If we can keep everyone fit unlike last season we should be around 6th I think. I think our recruitment has been very good apart from signing a halfback but we have lost some stars like Amone and O’Donnell so this is a rebuilding season. Hopefully build for the future. Also I watched the Leigh vs Warrington game and Badrock seemed very impressive.

I think our ceiling is 7th this year tbh. I can’t get over the pack members that have moved on in Tom Amone and Kai O’Donnell. Owen Trout, to me, has more of a Second Row build and at Hudds he did play a few games in that position. Whereas, Adrian sees him as a prop so will have to see that development from him in his game. Last year I thought there was some parts to his game he can improve such as harder carries, and post contact metres

our forwards did it last year, and they can do better this year with a quality half back and also a great fullback there to back up offloads with plenty of speed in the fullback and around the squad added
